I ordered a bangle which was obviously…

I ordered a bangle which was obviously sent out not fit for purpose. The item cannot be worn as the clasp keeps coming undone, so just falls off!
I contacted MK and eventually got a message from Nonna asking for a photo plus order number etc ( they have all this already) I sent a video of the bangle coming undone and still not received any response. It’s such a shame that bad customer service reflects on the lovely brand.
Top tip for Nonna if you’re going to represent this company do the job intended and e-mail customers back. Don’t just leave it, as it’s now resulted in a negative review.
Very, very poor and will never place an order again.

Thanks for a good experience

I bought a bag and a cover for my laptop with monograms on them. It was very easy to purchase and products were just as the same as on their website. Of course with high MK quality. Even though it was christmas time, they have arrived before they were promised, only in 2 days to DK.
