Poor customer experience
I bought an Alxander Mc bracelet on the 6th of November and after two days I received the shipping email and haven't heard anything and the official website can't find out where my purchase has gone. I also contacted the website by email the day before yesterday to ask about my item and there was no response. I now want to know where my purchase has gone and if my money will be wasted.

I paid for the item in full with shipping and the carrier charged me $81.60 upon delivery. Am not buying from your website again because I was very mad I even sent an email asking why I have to pay that Amount and nobody got back to me. I have been buying from so many websites overseas and nobody has charged me extra upon delivery 🙃

received a used (550eur) watch with damaged box
Received my 550 eur G-shock GMW-B5000, at first sight the package looked very premium. When opening the bos I noticed the g-shock packaging was ripped and damaged.
When taking out the watch i noticed not a single sticker on the watch, so i received a used watch, also the batterij was drained, showing me the message: LOW BAT on screen.
When i contacted them by whatsapp they said to email customer support in a way that seemed they did not even care.
After emailing CS with the added pictures of the watch and box, i never got a reply nor a solution. I'm gonna contact visa now for a damage claim and refund of the watch. Very disappointed

They wrote my phone number wrong in the shipment and the shipping company can not get in touch with me because of this horrible mistake
I have never experienced this mistake from other boutiques they always delivered with the right address and very accurate data
You should be delivering better service because your selling highend brands you should care about your customer service no one responded on email or whats app
