The whole interview process for me was organized and the timing is fair enough.

I was a little nervous, but once we start the enterview Zara's voice relax me, and when I have doubts, she was very kind and help me.

It's easy, although as a voice artist, I'd prefer speaking in my native language.

I think Zara was good at asking questions and responding to the answers felt great. It felt like a fellow human being was interviewing me.

My experience with micro1 AI interview was positive and straightforward as the platform was easy to navigate and the questions were clear.

The interview felt interactive with Zara - the AI interviewer. The only issue I had was that it took about 3minutes of my time for Zara to pop and I had to wait a long time for the upload to be concluded after the interview

I am currently a high school student in my final year. Although I do not have formal work experience yet, I am responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. I am comfortable using smartphones, recording videos, and following detailed instructions. I am looking for my first remote work opportunity to gain professional experience, develop new skills, and contribute with high-quality work.

I came to micro1 from a background in 3D graphics automation — I used to build tools that automated the pipeline from modeling to export (Maya to SketchUp workflows), handling the repetitive parts so artists didn't have to touch them manually. That background pushed me toward automation more broadly, and over the past year I've shifted fully into AI and workflow automation: building production systems with Make.com and n8n, connecting CRMs (Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign), building Telegram bots, and wiring up AI agents using Claude and OpenAI APIs for things like lead qualification and content generation. I trained through Kuzhel Academy's AI Integration & Automation program to formalize what I'd already been doing hands-on.

I went through micro1's interview process and passed it. The technical questions were relevant to what I actually do day to day, not generic trivia, which made the process feel like it was genuinely evaluating the skill instead of just checking boxes. Communication throughout was clear and I always knew where I stood in the process.

First, I am sorry. I didnt complete my evaluation, my laptop charging stopped. The buttery got empty, so my computer shutt off.
The assesment was great. I did not expect to find like that. I felt that it was organized to persons with very high knwledge.
