I left my laptop with them and after a week they told me it would take six weeks to fix it. after five weeks, sending it back to me without having done anything to it.
I took it to a small shop and they fixed it in one day.
they are unreliable and have not even repaid me for the damage they have caused me since it is their fault that I have not had the laptop I work with for more than two months

I basically have a new performant enough laptop for less than €400, and the service was great!

Staff in Microfix Amsterdam Zuid is very customer focused. I've had several repairs done at this location and everytime they manage to repair while I wait, avoiding having to hand in my device for several days. The repairs I had mostly took less than 1 hour.

Great service. They were clear about what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Once I approved the quote, they fixed the problem on time on budget. Nice friendly people too. Five stars from me.

I had an issue with a Macbook's charging port and it was addressed and resolved quickly. Importantly, although some small misunderstanding happened in the meantime - Microfix service resolved it instantly and fuss free! Walking an extra mile and care for the clients is highly appreciated, especially in The Netherlands! Highly recommend!

Everything chaotic. No coherent communication about the reparation process. Receiving 6 e-mails in the same day with a request from them but no clear explanation what they want. It felt like spam already. After 2 weeks i received another email in which they are saying i need to contact the manufacturer myself.... Long tine waiting (approx. more then 3 weeks) they sent back the product. Luckily the seller (Belsimpel) interfere in the process and they solved in very friendly manner.
Sorry to give such a bad review but this is my real experience with MicroFix. Ignoring very ling time needed to solve the problem it end up well thank's to Belsimpel.

Super service to repair an Apple Watch stuck in a boot loop. It was replaced within 3 days.

I brought my laptop to fix because it didn't charge. All they did was do an update, and not even the latest one, and they charged me 60€ for it, although they initially said it would cost maximum 40€. This was a huge scam, and I will not go back if I ever had a problem. Even Apple charges less for such an easy "reparation", if you can even call an update a reparation.
