They wanted $800 to fix a $600 laptop. I got it fixed for $150 at another store. In addition to the $60 just to have microfix assess the damage. Will never go back to this expensive store. Seems like the new building and expensive coffee machine is driving up their prices and they are most definitely passing it on the the consumer. 1 star & disappointed this is a trusted apple store

Excellent communication and speedy repair!

Had MacBook screen reflection coating issue. The screen was replaced within 2 days free of charge under Apple's warranty program.

Really helpful service, it took almost a week to replace my screen but communication was good and service very nice.

Fast repaired my keyboard during holiday period!

Scarcity of parking space and necessity to send the product elsewhere to investigate (smart-keyboard for iPad) were the only minor weaker points. Waiting time, communication by phone and face to face, service level were all fine.

Okay, quite a story and it aint positive ;)

Ok, both my macbook and iphone were broken, so i brought it at microfix. Here they “repaired” the macbook and given a “replacement” iphone. I was fine with it and started using. However, this iphone had vibration issues?! A new one. Also the macbook wasnt well repaired, there were no screws at the bottem and also the touch is sensor was out of place.
So i returned them both back again, with as result: had to waith for a month for another “refurbished” iphone, while i asked for a new one. Besides this, the macbook, i still haven’t got it back?! Im waiting for over a month! Now i asked my money back, but they certainly wouldn’t react because there are some problems blablabla. In short, certainly don’t go there! They don’t keep their end of the deal and give al faults to apple. Certainly not fair

excellent service received

The personel was quite unfriendly and confused because I couldn't speak Dutch. All in all it was very confusing, because I had an appointment and nobody was able to tell me if I still need to register that I'm there or just need to wait to be called out. The service itself (changing battery) was fast and without problems.

Fast, friendly, thorough! I do prefer the old days before the Apple Store itself was overwhelmed with phone screen repairs; in the meantime, Microfix is excellent and the best option.

I brought in my laptop (2013 MacBook Air) for repair after spilling a glass of water all over it. It was beyond saving, but Microfix was able to back up my data to a hard drive and I resurrected it on a new machine. They were very accommodating and professional throughout and always kept me informed. I know almost everyone in Amsterdam speaks English as well as I do but it was a real lifesaver in this situation! :)
