The developers didn't think

The developers didn't think that their app will not be allowed to run in the background. Android will terminate it after certain time of inactivity. Even the most junior developer knows this.
Because of this, any time you are asked to do a 2FA the app never shows the popup. You have to cancel the log in attempt and re do the log in with a pre opened 2FA app on the phone.
This adds frustration every time we use the 2FA. Strange the PO, tester and the developers all missed this.

Microsoft windows 10 ask for a upload

Microsoft windows 10 ask for a upload. When you do that you will get a ugly screen attached to your desktop that constantly askes for a 2FA authentication. It keeps on asking for auth. Apps and passwords. You cannot remove it from the desktop with a x. It sticks on the desktop and you cannot get rid of it. BAD microsoft, bad upload. We are going backwards....

This is dreadful even for Microsoft.

I can't believe that even Microsoft would create something so bloody awful.
I try to do stuff in, say, the Outlook app, and it says go to Authenticator and select the number above.
Go to Authenticator and of course there is no friggin' number.
The hours I've wasted on this wretched app...

Microsoft Authenticator: Avoid it!

I installed Microsoft Authenticator because Microsoft promoted it as a “secure and convenient” way to log in. It was anything but. What used to be a simple, quick sign-in became a frustrating, multi-step process that wasted time and added stress:

The app constantly interrupted my access to email and services, requiring approvals and forcing me to juggle between devices. I used to log in to Outlook without any issues — this app only made things worse. After wasting enough time, I removed the app first from my account and then from my cell phone. It felt genuinely liberating to rid myself of this constant nuisance — and I'm honestly happy to say that I look forward TO NEVER SEEING IT AGAIN.!!! Microsoft should stop forcing this on users. It adds unnecessary complexity and reduces productivity. Therefore, I’ll be actively warning others — both at work and among friends — to avoid implementing this tool.
