We are a domestic abuse refuge called Contento Social Homes in Birmingham, our 16 bed HMO's carpets needed cleaning, we got in touch and they visited us on the same day, evaluated the building and gave us our quote with the dates they are free (same week) within one day they booked us in and did a wonderful job! The carpets looked brand new and had such a lovely smell after they were done, They even put extra effort in the tougher areas to ensure it was left clean, Jermaine and his colleague were very professional and friendly, we will definitely be using them again! This guy Jermaine Johnson came to clean my carpet and after the service was done, there were many dark marks appearing on the carpet which looks horrible. I have googled it and this was actually called "wicking" or "brownout" due to unprofessional washing such as overweening or use unclean detergent.

He claimed that this was because the carpet was really dirty. He has followed the procedure and there is nothing he can do. He refunded my money eventually but my carpet was destroyed and it costed me a fortune to replace a new one!

I have further consulted several carpet cleaning companies and they all confirm with same messages, he did not do it properly, did not use right chemicals or machine and it is nothing to do with the conditions the carpet.

Please be cautious about this company if you don't want your carpet to be ruined.

After speaking with them about what was required they came out the next working day at the agreed time and did a brilliant job on my carpets in my house getting rid of all the stains that I had tried to do myself left my house tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use this company again to clean my carpets in the house.

Midlands Carpet cleaners did a brilliant professional job in cleaning my house, including deep cleaning the carpets, bathroom, kitchen and other areas of the house following an end of tenancy from some very difficult tenants. I am very grateful to them for making a difficult job of cleaning my house as a landlord alot easier.

Jermaine and his colleague were polite and professional throughout. Communication was spot on and job was booked within 2 days of calling them. Had living room, bedroom and hall, stairs and landing carpets cleaned.

I had the carpets cleaned in my bedroom at the start of the year and was so impressed that I had to get them to come again to wash the stairs and landings. They still do not disappoint. I'm so happy with how the carpets are looking now. They almost look brand new! Very happy!

Used midlands carpet cleaners to do an end of tenancy clean and carpet clean. They are reliable and trustworthy with my property keys. Really high standard of cleaning for the property and carpets .
