Midland Carpet Cleaning is hands down the best service I've ever used. They were efficient, arrived right on time, and were incredibly reliable and trustworthy. The quality of their work was outstanding—my carpets ,Sofas have never looked better! Mishandling customers belongings
Jermaine Johnson, owner of Midlands Carpet Cleaner helped me with my house move. While his rates were affordable and he went above and beyond in doing additional tasks, Jermaine demonstrated unprofessionalism and over familiarity during the service.
During the moving process, Jermaine damaged my garage door. It was left open overnight, posing a security risk as anyone could have entered my property. I had to incur additional expenses to have it repaired, with no contribution from Jermaine.
Additionally, he damaged my outdoor plant (by knocking it over). When i confronted him about it, Jermaine trivalised it. His dismissive attitude, claiming it was "just a plant," felt unprofessional, as every customer's belongings should be treated with care and respect.
When it came to moving my vanity table, the legs were broken in the process. Despite the fact that it can be easily assembled, Jermaine completely absolved himself of any responsibility and falsely asserted that the table was already damaged prior to the move. He made no effort to rectify the situation or offer a resolution.
My final disappointment occurred when Jermaine borrowed my steamer and returned it in a broken state. While he promised to replace it, it has been over a month and I am yet to receive a replacement or any form of compensation.
I made it clear to Jermaine that if he did not fulfill his promise, I would revoke my previous positive review, (which he had convinced me to write). Given the mishandling of my possessions, the lack of accountability, I am compelled to discourage others from using this service.
In summary, while the rates offered by Midlands Carpet Cleaner may be affordable, my personal experience suggests that Jermaine does not prioritize handling customer belongings with care and professionalism. Consequently, I do not recommend this service.

I recently had the pleasure of using mcc Midlands carpet cleaner for my rubbish removal needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! From start to finish, the service was efficient, professional, and incredibly hassle-free.
The team arrived right on schedule. Punctuality can often make or break a service experience, and mcc certainly delivered. They called ahead to confirm their arrival time, which was a nice touch.
The crew was courteous and professional. They introduced themselves and quickly got to work. It was clear that they were experienced in rubbish removal; they handled everything with care and ensured that my property was left clean and tidy afterward.
I was amazed at how quickly they worked! They efficiently loaded up all the items I needed to be removed, from old furniture to garden waste, without any fuss. It was a huge relief to see my space decluttered in such a short amount
