Great support and service
In addition to ordering online they answered the phone immediately to satisfy my queries. Great selection of products in the shop. Offered to deliver locally at a small cost. Will definitely use them again. 110% recommend.

Great Service from Midlands Fancy Dress
Grandson loved his Joseph outfit provided for his school play.
We only found out a couple of days before the performance that Grandson needed a Joseph outfit for his school play. So it was a mad rush to find something. Luckily Midlands Fancy Dress came to the rescue and we were able to pick up the outfit the next day after ordering. Grandson loved it.

The Father Christmas costume was great…
The Father Christmas costume was great apart from the belt an boots, the belt eyelets popped off the first time I put the buckle through, the boots are not big enough, apart from that all very good and thank you.

Best balloon service!
Beautiful balloons, super communication, thoughtful delivery! The balloons honestly are so well designed, I selected on line but the ribbons and weights are carefully matched as well as the heights of the balloons and the groupings. Really made for a special birthday suprise!

Great friendly service
Great friendly service as usual. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our balloons! Always stay up longer than required, a week later and they're still going. Normally we pick up but had these delivered, timely and friendly. Thank you 😊
