I strongly advise you do NOT order from this company. I would go as far as saying they are scammers!!!
I ordered products from them as they were showing products that had been discontinued in the UK. I placed an order for over £100 and they sent me completely the wrong product. I then had to pay to return the products to Spain which cost £15 which they refused to pay for even though they had sent me products I hadn’t ordered!!
To top it off they then refused the delivery of my return!!! So they have basically stolen my money
As I said above DO NOT place an order with this company (who are based in Spain not the UK) you really will regret it!!

I ordered Advantix dog flea and tick treatment on 14/6/23. I received a confirmation email the same day. The medication arrived well-packaged on 21/6/23. Very happy with the service.

Ordered over a week ago and was told would receive tracking number which still havnt received and no response to emails or any attempt to contact doubt I will ever see my product wish I read these reviews this company is nothing but a scam trying to steal your money with no intention of sending you your product order number #300316056

Will be chasing bank to open a fraud dispute if havnt heard back by end of tomorrow get my money back especially cause paid for my product to be here by tomorrow and won't be happening if it hasn't been shipped

I ordered from this website without looking at these reviews. I waited about a week after ordering & email customer service asking where my order was. I heard nothing, so came to trust pilot to see others experiences. After assuming I wouldn’t get my order based on other reviews, I thought I’d give it a couple of weeks & do a chargeback if not received. However my order arrived a few days later in full. My email enquiry still hasn’t been responded to however I’m happy as I got my order!

Ordered 16th December recieved nothing not even an acknowledgement order number 300315121 pretty much disgusted need it now

I never got a refund for the product I bought and that they didn’t deliver. Lots of lies and awful rude customer service.
I have tried a few times to remove my email from their mailing list and it doesn’t work !!! and I keep receiving mails from this SCAM COMPANY!
I really cannot believe they are still robbing money from people!! Hope Karma gets back to you guys!

I ordered baby milk with a 7 working day delivery timescale, despite much chasing still several weeks on I have not received my goods. I have requested a refund twice and all I’m sent is the tracking. As I live and work from home, I know that there has not been any attempts to deliver my goods. I have no trust in them to deliver my item and they have failed to refund either.

I want to be faire and this is why i do this second review. Fortunately i did receive finally my products, after 15 business days( i ordered on 12/11 and received on 2/12). And actually, although I couldn’t email them because my mails were returned by the system, i managed to contact them through their site to be informed about the shipment and all that……However the whole procedure should be a lot easier, quicker delivery definetly and better information of the delivery status so as not to have worries whether you have been fooled or not….

The WORST shopping website I have ever seen. They took my money on 18th October but never deliver to me and still no refunds (Order number.300310640). The customer service would only copy and paste useless phrases to fool you but never take any actions. I very much regret using it. PLEASE DO NOT use it unless you want to experience what I have been through! This is a completely scam!

I believe there is not any shop there (Spain) I order some products and of course I paid them by paypal!! After 10 days i sent them a email about tracking and I. Didn't take any response.. so I open case on PayPal and PayPal refund me in seconds.. so the problem is familiar to PayPal...(mifarma.eu)

Are these people doing business on the Internet? it's just a nightmare!!! They need to be closed without the right to work in online sales! Money writes off no feedback, no goods, no refund. They should be prosecuted for this!

I made order for more than £59
I received email confirming my order on 8.10.2022 then email for tracking after 2 days and today on 15.10.2022 I received my parcel.

So after I made order for more than 50£££ I went through a small mental rollercoaster when I found these reviews about this website.
But so far its 5/5
I received email confirming my order on 07.10.2022 and today on 15.10.2022 I received my parcel.
Didnt have any info on parcel tracking website but at the end of the day - my order reached destination.

It's already 15 days since I bought an expensive medicine and I have not received any further information for my order or tracking details. Clearly it sucks. I see now that other customers too have the same experience. I am going to block the payment in the bank, asap!!

WORST SERVICE. SCAM!!!!!!

I've opened a PayPal case. Ordered some suncream. Had an order number confirmed by email. But that was it. Like others no further updates, like delivery estimates or tracking details. Then looking at other reviews, clearly this online seller stinks. I'm sure I'll get a refund through PayPal. But in my opinion steer clear. They're awful.
