It has been two days since I ordered my order which was on 22nd of August, 2022. However, I did not receive the delivery date yet as well as who will it be delivered by.

The worst is that I tried to cantact them using the email address they have on their website which turned out to be scam as gmail replied back "address not found ".
Worst experience.

I ordered 5 days (Order Nr. 6700000259) ago and still no send confirmation. I already checked my spam folder and nothing there again. It stands on the webpage that you receive your items 2-4 days, now it has been 5 days and they even did not send it. They even do not get you to know how to cancel your order.

Great value and service
Having read the reviews after I'd ordered I almost cancelled, glad I didn't as the items arrived in just over a week and were as described and great value, so no complaints this time.

No delivery and no contact ???
I’ve had good experiences with them before but this time I am not happy at all. Their website passed my address to the courier with 75% of it missing so the courier could not delivery it and returned it to them. I sent an email inquiring about it and there has been no response. It’s €60 worth of products, I am extremely frustrated. Order number is ES--779830

Today I finally managed to connect to someone from customer service, they said we send to me an email with the tracking number, however, I haven't received anything from them.
When I tried to call back somehow they blocked my number and I can't call them anymore.

Lack of communication and confidence
On July 9th I ordered 4 packs of bio milk Holle 1 for approx. 70€. Money was taken from my bank account but no further communication was taken place. The e-mail address is not valid and the phone number does not respond. If I haven't read the previous reviews, I would be patient but instead I am very anxious about the validity of the site. I hope that if it was a fraud, It would be already blocked . So, please let us know how all this mess could be resolved otherwise I request a fully refund of money so I can search somewhere else milk for my twins, because we ran out of it.

Using a co.uk address and not being there is lying. Shipments do not know when they arrive. You ask customer service and they don't clarify, they give you long talk. Unserious, unprofessional and not honest. I do not recommend using this service.
I don't know when I will receive my order, they don't even give me a delivery expectation.
They replied to a negative opinion asking me for the order number and I still don't know anything. The product appears as shipped, but it does not say when it will arrive. The website appears in the UK and it is not true, it is at least a liar. Not recommendable.

After reading the reviews, I was a little skeptical and worried about ordering with Mifarma. But their prices are really low and there were some good reviews, so I took the plunge and received the product 3 days after ordering! Amazing! NB I live in Europe.

Order 1600082962 was made on 10th of May. First i was informed that parcel is sent, but after 2 weeks multiple emails they understood that it is not.
Following this i have received parcel with 3 items instead of all i ordered.
After multiple emails again same today i have received 3 items!! Now again i have sent an email asking for items i have payed and explanation. It is ridiculous! Please save your time and use different merchant.

Paid and never received my order
I order some products in May, paid more than 50€ but never received them.
No one from Atida Mifarma answers my emails.
No explanation whatsoever, no money back, totally regret this purchase.
Now they’re saying through here that they’ve contacted me “several” times which, unfortunately, is not true, I’ve never been contacted despite having my phonenumber and email on their website’s account.
I have no email on spam or anywhere else.
If I easily receive the automatic emails from atida (once a complaint is made), I should also receive an email asking for my MBWAY and I haven’t received anything yet.
Still very disappointed.
- After too many phonecalls, thankfully, it has been solved today, 9/06/2022.
