It's a little better than before
It's a little better than before, but there are still problems and deficiencies, for example, they also receive high commissions for deposit and cashout, and the fact that there is no debit card belonging to this wallet is a complete deficiency, another a lot of the wallet has its own card now

Giving this company even a single star is being generous. I have repeatedly asked support to help me with a withdrawal. TBH, I don't even know why they have a support email - they don't do anything - they don't actually support customers - their solution is essentially "Keep trying in vain to enter the information and hope someday - somehow, you actually get it right." - Even after providing them with every piece of banking information they could need to do a withdrawal, they cannot provide any guidance on what information I need to use. NO clue - just the same, useless, horrible "put the right information in" response

The support is big pain i need urgent money and deposit it from my bank in India and when i want to withdraw in germany they freeze my account reason ON HOLD kYC....why don't do it before i make deposit????you take my money and keep with you for no reason...make your support available on live chat or fast reply on email at least within an hour..its 2026 not 1996.
