They Blocked my account without any reason!
My account was blocked with over €1,000 inside, and my money was never returned.
I submitted a complaint through the Portuguese “Portal da Queixa,” but they completely ignored it.
I no longer have access to my account, I can’t see my balance, and they refuse to give my money back.
This is unacceptable and feels like fraud.
