Dear MiFinity Team,
I am writing to express my surprise and dissatisfaction regarding the sudden closure of my MiFinity account, which I have always used legitimately and without any irregularities.
My account was fully verified and in good standing. In recent days, the crypto withdrawal method was experiencing issues — withdrawals were not being processed. After some time, the system only allowed withdrawals up to 100 USDT, and I made several transactions within that limit.
Shortly after, I received a notification that my account had been closed without any prior explanation or justification. I find this decision unjustified and kindly request a formal clarification on the reasons for the account closure.
I look forward to your prompt and concrete response regarding this matter.

Regarding MiFinity, I had the worst disappointment of my life. I made a deposit on October 24, 2025. However, I believe MiFinity was undergoing some maintenance because when I tried to withdraw via CryptoCurrency, it said transaction declined. I sent an email and I didn't get any answer from supporting team. Today, the 27th, the system allowed withdrawals in installments of $100. I made several requests for withdrawal of $100 because I needed funds, and they deactivated my account with no reason. I only made several requests because it was the only way to withdraw my funds. And today, with the account deactivation, I lost a lot of money and they don't even tell me the reason. Please, where can I get help because MiFinity doesn't respond to my email and kept my funds.
