Fast delivery

Fast delivery, product as described, the only thing I can add is that the webpage could be improved. When you browse for the products, it is very hard to tell them apart, for example different sizes of the same style bag. Size info is only visible when you read he description of every product.

De service was perfect maar de levering…

De service was perfect maar de levering gebeurde in twee delen en dat was niet duidelijk waardoor ik contact moest opnemen met de chat. Dit werd wel perfect aangepakt.

Very bad experience. Never again.

I bought Paraboot model Michael Man with a discount "blackfriday" in size 43, a size above normal to go with thick winter socks. At the reception, I was surprised by the slightly damaged leather in several places but I did not issue a reservation because I would have kept them in the state if they had not been too big even with a sole and big socks. I also thought that with a saving of 100€ on the price of the new one I shouldn’t be too demanding. I specify that to try them comfortably I also had to cut on the 2 shoes a piece of plastic (which turned out to be the guarantee of the shoes!). Miinto never wanted to exchange it with me with a 42 (nor even refund me) because 1. I had removed the warranty labels and 2. I had returned the shoes in bad condition with photos in support of all the defects I had found. While I had only made a few mêtres with it in my living room. So they will return the pair of shoes to me and apart from reselling them with a sharp discount I have no solution. I’ve been ripped off, but it’s their word against mine. I can’t even use the 14-day legal retraction period because they won’t even take the shoes back in the state they sold them to me.

I think the retailer didn’t want to sell for a cheaper price so they send me intentionally a wrong item

Lovely experience every time.
Nicely packed in Miinto packaging and silk paper. A nice note in the box and clear communication about your order. Great discounts during the year and a large variety of brands to choose from + you support local stores! Recommend Miinto 200%!

Kindly help from Roksana

I had e a problem with the discription - colour of my purchase and Roksane helped me very well. She confirmd the colour wich was confusing on the site Miinto and therefore the colour was e wrong purchase but Roksana will try to do the nessecary with the store to probabely help me to get the wright colour. She already did the best she could! Thank you already!

I made a mess

The discription of the items sold by the shops should be better.
I accidentally returned my two items to one shop instead of two shops. Thanks to the customersservice this was resolved quickly. Special thanks to Lia for the help and Dominik S. for the handling of this issue.
