The booking process was easy. Although the company were unable to visit us on the specified date they did so on the rearranged date phoning to confirm and arriving on time.

The engineer was able to resolve our problem with television connection issues. He went over and above expected explaining each process clearly to us ‘non techi’ elderly couple.

Lyndon trouble shooted an issue with our TV/Satellite reception over two visits. He was thoroughly professional and determined to resolve the problem we were experiencing. He found the source of our issue which had been driving us crazy with loss of signal and Other TV issues. A lovely man with a great attitude towards customers.We highly recommend his service. Hi I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the advisor on the phone and the engineer that came to visit me today. I had issues with my tv,sky and soundbar. In no time he had everything reinstalled without the cost of £200 plus vat that I was previously quoted for the same job. I'm happy to recommend them.

The company sent Steve to fit a new aerial, masthead amp and splitters. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He completed the job in good time. I was called back within an hour of leaving my details on the website (on a bank holiday).I was told the engineer would be there next day.First thing next morning Paul the engineer contacted me with the estimated time of his arrival. Paul is an excellent engineer and did a great job, would recommend.

Paul was excellent. He installed plastic bird spikes to my TV aerial to give my driveway and car peace from bird mess. The job was all explained clearly before starting and finished promptly. Very pleased with the result!

The apointment was made easily and Ross came 2 days later. Right on time and did an excellent job. I needed a new part for my dish to complete sarellite reception. Ross was able to supply and fit and then installed my Freesat box on my new TV. Very friendly and helpful. Full marks. I would recommend them

My recent experience of Mike Harris Aerial and Satellite company was absolutely fantastic, My 92 year old house bound mother who stays around 100miles from my home which is on an Island, had no signal going to her tv from her satellite dish, I called Mike Harris Aerial and Satellite company who answered my call immediately and within an hour had an engineer out at my mothers house to make an assessment of the problem. the assessment was further and highlighted the problem which was then repaired there and then, The cost was extremely modest and the service second to none. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring aerial or satellite work done, my 92 year old certainly appreciate the speed in which this job was handled. Thanks again for a great service
