Hi Kelvin, this review leaves out the full picture. Bpost tracked and confirmed the parcel as delivered on 27 January (delivery took 4 workdays) to the address you provided — which is a commercial gym where you work. We spent over a week investigating with you: checking the parcel log, asking colleagues, reviewing storage areas, and contacting Bpost. With delivery confirmed by the courier, we still offered to remake your order at 70% off the original price as goodwill — you declined because you'd already bought your wife something else. We then offered a discount on a future order — also declined. No business can refund a parcel a courier has confirmed as delivered, and we went well beyond standard practice trying to find a workable solution.
Wouldnt buy again, very Cheap quality
Waaaayy overpriced the quality is not worth this high price. Not only that but the locket wouldnt stay closed. Wouldnt recommend or buy again from this website.

Worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a personalised thing. TACKY, CHEAP MATERIAL, BLURRED PHOTOS and poor ingraving. I NEED A REFUND FOR THIS QUALITY. They wrote if the quality is not satisfactory then I can receive a refund, but now they are not following their own policy.

Each one is personalised with engraved text and a photo insert chosen by the customer, so these pieces can't be resold and, under EU consumer law, can only be returned if faulty. Yours was made exactly to the photo and text you provided, with no manufacturing defect. One thing worth clarifying for anyone reading: our FAQ asks customers to get in touch if they're unhappy so we can help, which we did, offering several options and solutions. Sorry we couldn't find something that worked for you.

We were sorry to see this review, because it captures only the early days of the case rather than where it ended up.
After reviewing the video you sent us, our team identified the issue as a closure calibration rather than a structural defect. We offered three options to resolve it: a short instructional video to adjust the closure at home, a quick visit to a local jeweler, or a return to us for inspection and repair. The mention of possible import duties applied only to the return path — as a transparent note about how international parcels work, not as a fee from our side.
When the at-home adjustment didn't fully resolve things, we sent a brand-new replacement locket at no cost, via a shipping method that let us prepay all import duties on our side so nothing was owed at your door. You confirmed to us once it arrived that the new piece works well and is a much more solid locket.
We're genuinely glad it does, and we hope your wife enjoys it for many years.

Never arrived - not taking responsibility despite my package being ordered 2 months ago.
Never arrived. Mila Cantes is blaming the courier but fundamentally they pick the courier…. And they won’t send again. The courier requires a PO Box which wasn’t clear on the order and we don’t have one so now the courier just isn’t sending my parcel. This has never been an issue with any other order I’ve ever made online. Scam company not taking responsibility. Avoid.
