They send a lot of solutions that are not valid and they are not very helpful to find a house. I applied for a house for three people but they were unable to send any solutions. So we had to find something that allow for 2 people. Now hoping that they find something for a single person.
This is a scam. You pay 250€ to get access to a list of private landlords who hence don’t charge agency fees which are costly in Milan. The issue I experienced is of the 6+ ‘landlords’ they sent me several where scammers (said you can’t view the apartment ahead of time, need to pay first etc) others said their apartment was available in 3/4 months time etc. They get away with this because they say the impetus is on you to check if the landlord is legitimate. Which begs the question, what exactly is one paying for.
