Miles and Barr offered excellent professional and expert service from start to finish, I would particularly like to thank Debbie Thwaites who kept the deal on track from start to finish. Can’t recommend this agency enough.

We recently bought a flat through Miles and Barr and were disappointed by the service they offered. The person who showed us around multiple viewings knew nothing at all about the properties and couldn't answer any questions. When we did find a property we wanted to buy the Sales Progressor (our contact point during the purchase process) was very disengaged. She was rarely proactive, slow to respond to our calls and never seemed to actually listen to our concerns. The whole purchase was painfully slow and although some of this was due to delays with solicitors, we never felt that the Miles and Barr staff did anything to help facilitate the process.

Nadine always kept me up to date with progress of my house purchase and was so positive and encouraging throughout the whole process.Nadine turned a stressful time in to a pleasurable experience .Thank you for being a jolly voice at the end of the phone !

Melissa Scarsbrook is extremely helpful during the Conveyancing process. Always pro active and assertive in progressing a transaction.

I have had quite alot of dealing with Miles & Barr of recent, Melissa Scarsbrook is our sales progressor for our purchase and she has been extremely helpful throughout the process, she been very easy to reach and is more than happy to help with any enquiries we have had. Unfortunately our first property purchase could not go ahead, but our second purchase is going very well and so weve had quite alot of communications with Mel over this time, who has helped us every step of the way .

have acted alongside Mel Scarsbrook on a number of matters now, in her capacity as the sales progressor. she is readily available to assist, communicates effectively between parties, remains professional and courteous, respects legal processes/requirements

Milles and Barr took advantage on me and ask me to sign the contract in office because they have no time to come to my office....once I done as a favour to come to them and do it they did not explain to me on any stage that if you sign in office you loose right to cancel contract within 14 days...when I tried to cancel contract as I found dream house somewhere else they did not want to cancel and thread me to charge their fees...so lost opportunity to byuy dream house...keep away from this scammer!!!

Rebecca have been brilliant with pushing our sale forward and ensuring we get it over the line in time for our move. She have always been very responsive and reassuring. Thank you!

Debbie Thwaites went above and beyond to get the sale of our property to exchange of contracts. She was sensitive to our circumstances (probate sale of my mum's house), supportive and has always responded promptly and dealt with any issues/concerns. Miles and Barr - First Home

Honestly buying a house is stressful! And this was no exception BUT from first viewing right through to completion the team has been spot on.

We had to view multiple times and each time the team where accomodating, a couple of hiccups during the buying process, as there tends to be, but Louise our sale progressor, and the team as a whole, are SO good at keeping us informed, and explained everything ever so clearly.

We don't plan on moving again, but if we did I would trust these guys :)

Thanks to the amazing team, we had four viewings the first weekend, and three of them made offers.

We then ended up in a nightmare chain, but thankfully we had the amazing Denise Lumpkin (Senior Sales Progressor) helping us. She pushed everyone when they needed pushing, she was in the middle of EVERYTHING, and she was on top of EVERYTHING.

Denise was so knowledgable, reassuring and calming, she really was a friend through this stressful process.

I couldn't recommend Miles & Barr enough, and everyone would be lucky to have Denise as their Sales Progressor.
