The travel specialist Tracey Murray was very helpful and very patient with us when answering all of our many questions. She certainly helped us make the decision to book the trip we had enquired about.

Dealing with a group of 5 people with specific requests is always a nightmare for the Travel Agent and Fiona was the “lucky” person who dealt with us. As always when we book with Miles Morgan the service was brilliant. Fiona patiently took us around Europe trying to find a holiday which suited us perfectly, no mean feat. We eventually found something we thought was suitable, only to decide overnight it wasn’t for us. Fiona managed to change our booking the next day to a more suitable alternative hotel. We are now booked into what looks like a lovely hotel and looking forward to our holiday. Thank you Fiona

We were given an excellent insight to this smaller ship than we usually travel on.
The agent went out of her way to find us an outside cabin despite the initial information on screen indicating that there were none available. Perseverance paid off.
