This is the first time we have booked a holiday with Miles Morgan. Brittany was a pleasure to deal with managing to secure our holiday at a special price even though she had to make quite lengthy calls, we had a coffee brought to us and the whole process offered great customer service.

Great service and a very knowledgeable and patient member of staff.
As I entered the shop Fiona, your assistant engaged with me immediately with a broad smile. She was patient and knowledgeable and we booked a great holiday. We were offered tea and coffee also which was a very helpful addition. The whole process was straightforward.

Looking for some inspiration for a short break Liam couldn’t have been more helpful. Listening to our requirements he efficiently and carefully organised a trip to Milan, which we are really looking forward to. Efficient and reasonably priced.
Found an appropriate hotel in the centre of Prague and arranged flights at a reasonable price. Seemed very efficient and friendly. All sorted very quickly. The 2nd time I have used them and i'm sure I will use them again.
