Best Silk Srunchies

After more than a year of using the silk scrunchie on a daily basis, I’m honestly amazed at how well it’s held up. It has retained its elasticity, which is a rarity with most hair ties. After several washes, the fabric has not changed at all; it still feels smooth, strong and luxurious.

Most importantly, it doesn’t leave a dent in my hair and never pulls or tugs, which means significantly less breakage. It's super gentle, and I can rely on it on days my hair feels delicate. It is incredibly lightweight, so it does not cause stress on my scalp when I tie my hair into a ponytail.

Another bonus is that it pairs well with a range of outfits, from casual to sophisticated, making it an incredibly versatile accessory. Honestly, it’s the one hair accessory I reach for the most and it still looks brand new. It has certainly been a worthy purchase

International orders tend to take around 6-7 business days for delivery and the tracking number shows that the order was delivered on 29 January (8th business day after dispatch). We sent you an email with the dispatch and tracking details which we refer you to.

Lost package and additional fee

I ordered a silk beanie. The first package got lost, so I have been sent another one, which took more days than expected to arrive. Then, when I had to take the package, I had to pay and additional fee, that wasn't specified anywhere.

Excellent Service

I bought a silk lined hat for a friend undergoing Chemotherapy. She loves it. The quality was excellent and the company sent the hat promptly.

Love love love the scrunchies!

Love love love the scrunchies!! I got 3 different colours and all of them are of such great quality. They are much different to the other silk scrunchies on amazon and these are brilliant - the elastic is strong and it added so much volume to my high ponytail look! I can't recommend them enough

My silk lined hat took a while to…

My silk lined hat took a while to arrive but it’s so soft and doesn’t leave my hair frizzy so it’s worth the wait. Inside was 1cm seam that needed stitching but that’s all. Despite that im really pleased with my purchase and would buy again.

They are scammers. Do not trust this fake website. I bought a new product and they sent a fake and used product. This was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this website to anyone ever.

Your order was dispatched the next day and the delivery you had chosen was standard delivery. Unfortunately, there are instances where courier companies may misplace items, and regrettably, this is beyond our control.

You should not have to pay any additional amount and this charge is not from us. We are happy to send you a replacement or refund you your order amount. We have recently experienced similar issues from customers based in Ireland and are investigation on this.

Dear Faith,

Further to our previous correspondence and investigation, this charge was from An Post.

Due to EU Customs rules which govern non-EU goods, VAT and customs charges now apply when buying goods outside of the EU. As we are sending from the UK, we would be classified as buying goods outside of the EU. Our delivery is set on the terms set out in our delivery policy and incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. Please refer to shipping info for shipping options and full delivery terms which state:

Buyers are responsible for any import and/or custom charges including any local taxes. All orders are subjected to inspection by Customs and may be opened by Customs for inspection. Although this is an uncommon occurrence, it can cause delays, which we unfortunately cannot therefore be, responsible or held accountable for.

We recently emailed you letting you know that we were going to send you a replacement order. As per the receipt, you have made the payment for delivery fee, then we should expect that you will receive your purchased items we sent you the first time, as well as the replacement order. Therefore we trust you have received two orders.

For further information on expecting a delivery from a smaller retailer or friends and family in the UK, please find the information taken from An Post's website:
EU customs rules mean that every parcel coming from outside the EU must be sent with electronic data before it can be delivered by An Post. If you are ordering anything new from a smaller retailer in the UK or friends and family are sending you a parcel, remind them to use Royal Mails Click & Drop service before they send it.

In both instances, we used Royal Mail's click and drop service to electronically submit the data. We are not a VAT registered company therefore we do not charge VAT. The charges as per the attached receipt are charged to any import and/or custom charges including any local taxes.

Dear Lisa,

Further to our previous reply, your order was placed on the 6th October 2023 on back order, which means we did not have it in stock, however, we did dispatch it the very next day which we had sent you proof of postage with Royal Mail having lost it.

On the 17th October 2023 we received your message having not received your order, we then sent you a replacement the very next day and your replacement order was received on the 20th October 2023.

This time period aforementioned is 10 working days as opposed to a few weeks, we have not received any updated feedback and the 1 star is negatively impacting our business.

Great hat, amazing hair!!

I was looking for a hat I could wear that would keep my head warm without resulting in a bad hair day!! I bought the beanie hat with a silk interior and was very pleasantly surprised!!! The silk is amazing, the hat keeps me warm and my hair looks great when I get to work!! What more could I want. The customer service was great too - received my hat within a few days. Will definitely be buying more from Milliescollection - I have no doubt all my friends will want a hat for Xmas as soon as they see mine!!
