The best part about this company is their amazing customer service. I received the mattress within 2 days and was worried about the bed frame not arriving yet. Their customer service agent was so kind and helpful. She made sure to escalate the matter with the shipping carrier and I got my frame 2 days later :) we absolutely love the bed. My only small critique is that one side of it (the side that has the gate) feels a little wobbly and I’m always worried when my toddler pulls on the rail. Aside from this, the bed is beautiful and amazing, my son loves his new bed and I haven’t seen anything even close to it on the market and at this price point.

Great product for our little family
Great product. Our little 7 months old love it and we appreciate being able to read books with him in his bed! Love the fact that there is lats at the bottom compared to a lot of similar products.

Late but worth it
Bed arrived 2 weeks late, but it is so worth it ! Build quality is good, the bed is very secure for my kid and the matress i bought from mimi beds fits perfectly and is really comfortable.

I really like this bed
Customer service: they communicated quickly and efficiently. It was clear that my order was going to arrive in about a month so it was expected.
Product quality: the material is great. The color is nice. It feels sturdy. The mattress is of good firmness.
Assembling: thats a little time consuming but the steps are very clear, all the pieces are numbered, its easy to assemble, but need to be 2 people not one.

Bed and mattress a great combination
I bought this bed for my grandson. Very pleased it. Well built and looks nice. Bought double so somebody could lay down him if needed. Put a Zinus memory foam mattress. I recommend putting the two together. Only thing the corners of the opening are a little rough. I'm going to put corner caps on them.

Great bed
Our baby liked it a lot. It is a joyful place to sleep and play a bit before sleep.
I would suggest to make the wood corners a bit smooth, currently they are sharp and is painful when hit.

Very dissapointed with the order
Very dissapointed with the order. Place it in August and got it delivery late October after exchanging multiple emails with customer service because of the delay in the delivery. When it was finally delivery the box has missing pieces. I will not recommend this company, they are not reliable.

Slightly disappointed
Product came relatively quickly once ordered but the pieces are slightly warped and made it difficult to assemble. Also, once assembled, the bed is wobbly so not sure on the quality of the bed. Slightly disappointed.

Very comfy mattress and love the floor bed!
Our mimibed mattress is very comfortable. I also love the flood bed to keep my little one contains without being in a crib! My kids are both very happy with their new rooms.

Good bed, strong smell
Customer service was quick to answer my email. We received our order within 5 days. It was easy to put together. The first day, the bed support cracked very loud but it stopped. The bed looks great.
The only problem was the very strong smell. The varnish has an oder when you unbox the bed. I had to air out the room for a whole week and we did not use the bed for that whole week. I had a strong tast in my mounth the 3 first days when I walked in the room and did not support the oder. It has faded since.

An awesome good looking play yard!
Placed the order for the play yard and it came quickly! Assembly is smooth and I love that there are multiple options for the configuration of the yard! It is a great size and will be a safe option for my grandchildren when they come to stay.
My husband wants to get a second one to put around our woodstove so that the kiddies will be safe!

Shipping was super fast and everything got delivered in good condition. Assembly was smooth altho it did take a few hours to complete the bed. We skipped the crop and bought the double size bed instead so that we don’t have to spend extra money switching from a crib to bed. Customer service is excellent and they reply to your inquires usually within hours.

Safe, Sturdy + Excellent customer Service
We recently got the Little Dreamer Full Floor Bed and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent, the wood feels solid and durable. I love that the bed is low to the ground, which gives our toddler a real sense of independence without sacrificing safety. He’s 13 months old and is able to safely enter and exit his bed independently!
Assembly was fairly straightforward, but a lot of pieces. The included slats help with airflow and keeping things clean, unlike just having a mattress in the floor!
What really impressed me, is Mimi Beds’ customer service. They’ve been prompt, polite, and genuinely interested in making sure everything met our expectations. Any questions I had were answered quickly and with attention to detail.
Overall, this bed has ticked all the boxes for us: safety, design, durability, AND great support from the company. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Montessori-style bed that actually delivers.

Not sturdy
Simple instructions to put the bed together, however, very time consuming. The finished product is not sturdy. My 14 month old figured out the latch on the door within a few minutes. She also was not a fan of the bed so we had to sell it.

Nice playpen. Quite big, but customizable. You can make it smaller and in different shapes. Material is nice, though not super sturdy.
Arrived fast and no issues with delivery.
