They got me too. Gutted. The website explicitly says one-off $2.99 for an adhd test, yet I've been charge $29.99. Disgusting. Preying on vulnerable people or worrying parents. Unfortunately so many wo... See more

Scam
Scam. Same experience as everyone else here. Paid $2.99 AUS for online test (I subsequently found the same assessment form for free elsewhere) and discovered that they had started covertly charging my card $29.99 every month for a junk subscription. Impossible to cancel via the website. The chat bot was not helpful. They have not responded to my emails. I had to call my bank (Westpac)’s fraud line to cancel my credit card to prevent further payments. I was able to get a refund directly from my bank by disputing each transaction individually. If you have fallen prey to this scam, please contact your bank as they may be able to help you. Also, watch out for scam recovery scammers.. I have seen a few dodgy links for private companies that offer to try and reclaim your funds if you have been scammed… The twist is that they themselves are scammers and will also steal your money. Follow up with your bank instead.
FRAUD! I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could! Like everyone else I took a test and paid $1.99 for the results (I should've known) and now I've been charged $19.99 for a subscription I never authorized. I was able to get in touch with someone and they're refusing to refund me because it's part of their "policy". Their response below:
We have now successfully cancelled your subscription as requested.
We wanted to clarify the terms of your recent subscription to our Mindmetric support services. When you purchased our test, you also enrolled in a free trial of our premium subscription package.
As stated on our website during the signup process, this trial period automatically rolls over into a monthly subscription at the rate of $19.99 USD per month unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.
Unfortunately, based on our policy, you are not eligible for a refund at this time. This policy is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions, which you agreed to upon signing up.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help.
Thank you for choosing our support services.

Total scam
Total scam. Sickening the way they prey on people looking for asd or adhd diagnosis. They then sign u up to a subscription u didnt ask for or know about. Fraud squad had to freeze my card as they kept taking money out of it on a weekly basis not even monthly. When i emailed to cancel they still tried taking illegal additional subscription even though they had already taken a monthly fee only a few days ago.My card has now been cancelled as i cannot trust them to stop trying to steal money from my account. Stay away.
Scam
One off 1.99 USD payment turns into a 19.99 USD unapproved monthly subscription didn't catch it for 5 months. Everyone who gets fooled by this needs to report them as fraud and try to get money back through PayPal as unapproved subscription...scammers
Edit: put in case with PayPal and received full refund next day, also email mindmetric straight away to cancel "subscription". Also reporter site as scam through relevant anti scam sites to get website shut down.
AVOID THEIR FRAUD
Like everyone else, I took an ADHD test 3 MONTHS BACK and since each month I have been charged 20USD which I had no idea about until I logged into my paypal account recently. I have been robbed of 60 USD and will be reporting this to paypal and my bank tomorrow. For everyone needing their "support" email I managed to find it attached to my PayPal transaction (I cannot share emails in reviews) but honestly I am not sure if any of us would even get a response from these fraudsters, no idea how this company has been operating for this long without authorities shutting it down.

This
This is a huge scam
This is a huge scam. I was desperately trying to find some help with focus issues I've been having and sadly decided to take their online ADHD test. They charged $1.99. I thought that was all I was buying. Now a $19.99 charge has appeared in my bank transactions. There is no way to get a hold of them. I had to set up an account to try to contact them. I went on my profile to cancel whatever subscription they defrauded me into and it says that you have to contact them to cancel. There is no number, no link-- no way to contact them. I did a google search and found a contact site for an address in France. I had to give them more info- my phone this time. I'm going to call my bank and file a fraud complaint tomorrow. THIS IS A HORRIBLE SCAM.
Same as others
Same as others. After I paid 1.22 EUR to get the test results, a few days later, they tried to charge my PayPal with 19.96 EUR four times on an unauthorized subscription. Luckily, the transaction was declined. Hidden subscription scam.
Total scammers
Total scammers! Impossible to contact. Free IQ test turned up to be monthly subscription, got charged without notice and I don’t know how to request cancellation or get a refund.

A total scam
Never buy the various test results that are being offered through their website. They sign you up for a subscription you have never consented for and your account will directly be charged AUD 29.99. I have made a complaint for which I am yet to hear with a solution. However, reached out to the bank, disputing the transaction.
