A spark

A spark, a spark that announces a fire, the MOM project has a very good future ahead of it. Being a participant in the 1st edition in Albania I am totally satisfied and I can't wait to see what happens next!

A Bless

Participating in the first edition of MOM was truely a blessing for me.
I've been able to learn and discover many beautiful things, starting with Albania !
Such a country to be in.. good food, unmatched hospitality & authenticity and stunning landscapes. I'm really out of words, incredible place !
Also, I have been able to learn the true limits of my body's toughness, 2 broken ribs due to me being stubborn and wanting to go way too far in sparring (Antoine's power is too hard to handle for any human being haha).
Jokes aside, that's exactly what i was looking for, everyone pushing each other forward and beyond our limits to get into the next level, the next step that we all needed.
I've also been able to meditate and to take the time to think about the present moment, no past, no future, it was all about the moment, the soldier's minute as we can call.
For someone like me who lives in a big city where everything goes so fast, being able to reconnect with myself and my surrounding environment was truely healing me deeply inside.
I'm so grateful about the invitation for this first edition, and i want to say thank you to everyone that was with me during this week !
I could go on and on talking about this journey, but if i had to resume it in one word, it would be: a bless.

Tom, what can I say? First of all THANK YOU for this mentality that you were able to share during these 10 days in Albania, you knew how to push the team to go further and stronger.

Your quality of communication and your knowledge were very relevant during the podcasts, can't wait to post the content on YouTube.

I know that you will focus on your development in the coming months to come back even stronger and take revenge on Antoine in boxing aha.

I didn't expect to enjoy that much

I didn't expect to enjoy that much. It's exactly what i was looking for, test my limits. I have met wonderfull peoples and did things i had never expect to do. Ready for the second edition. 💪

MOM’s 1st Edition

Participating in MOM's 1st edition was more than an experience for me. It was a deep dive into a world that sometimes we tend to forget. The mix between nature, food, and the experience shared with all the participants was just amazing.
This journey really pushed me and the people who participated, beyond our limits through sports and knowledge sharing sessions.
Thank you, Antoine, for calling me some months ago and proposing this amazing opportunity.
For me, MOM is a call to become better. Can’t wait for the 2nd edition.
