I was amazed in the level of service and support, great to deal with and friendly, putting all my concerns at ease, the level of clarity in all the advice in supporting me was second to none. After not such a great experience trying to get my first mortgage with another mortgage advisor I switched to Mineham mortgage services. I found Dee to be incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and very dedicated to giving the very best service possible. Being a first time buyer (who likes to ask lots of questions to understand the ins and outs of a ducks bottom) I was very pleased with the understandable way things were explained to me and also the patience it probably took to answer all of my questions until I understood. She often went above and beyond to contact me (or contact me back quickly) and also helped me with many things including home insurance, life insurance and anything else I threw her way... If she needed clarification with anything in particular, then Steve was on hand and between them have a wealth of knowledge to cover all bases!

I will most definitely be using these guys whenever I need to remortgage or get cover for anything, not just for the efficiency in what they do but the very personable and dedicated approach they take.

Absolutely brilliant service from Denise! As a first-time buyer, I didn't know much about mortgages and house purchase. Denise has been very professional, understanding and helpful throughout. She was there to guide us and support us on our way. We were able to get us a good mortgage with a well-known mortgage provider, as well as got help with help-to-buy application and insurances. Thanks to Denise - the mortgage, help-to-buy and insurance applications were all sorted. We could never do it all by ourselves. Dee is amazing, such lovely personal service, she puts you right at ease and explains everything so getting a mortgage is easy and not scary at all! Really friendly and always gets the job done, we have had several mortgages and no issues at all, even with my husband being self employed.

I was put on to Denise from Mineham Mortagage’s by the site developer I was buying off. Thankfully we hit the jackpot! As this was my partner and I first property purchase we had an abundance of questions. Dee has been nothing but fantastic felt very at ease with handing over the reins and letting Dee deal with absolutely everything from mortgage lenders, helping myself with the right lenders due to being self employed, answering help to buy questions, directing me on what questions and who I should be asking them to, being at the end of the phone if I ever had any worrying thoughts about the process and finally sorting all life/home insurance out for ourselves. Never felt like there was a silly question I could of asked. It’s been a great service and would recommend to anyone. Looking forward to remortgaging just to deal with Dee again.
