Very good perfumes, long lasting, great scent profiles.

We initially received the sample set and loved quite a few. I selected Alleria as my favourite and am already now on my second bottle. It is a wonderfully warm summery fragrance and I am constantly being asked hat I am wearing.
The service and packaging from Mine is extremely high level and I am very happy with the choice I made.

I ordered one of the fragrances of mineperfumelab. The package arrived repacked by the LSP and without the perfume. But after a call with the team at Mine Perfume Lab they resent the perfume right away - this is customer centric business! Chapeau!

Ordered a sample set, product arrived sitting in the bottom of the box. Opened it up and most of the vials were only half full. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement. It showed up full of broken glass with broken vials. EDIT: After the second round of broken product I contacted them and they said "we're working on new packaging that should fix the issue". I received the replacement yesterday and it is a huge improvement over the old packaging. Not a single vial broken, everything as it should be. The customer service is amazing, despite the earlier issues, I can confidently recommend them. The scents are amazing as well, I've been having fun seeing which ones my wife likes best.

Very good customer service. They help you immedistely making a choice which perfume fits the best with your personality. I have 200 perfumes, their mu-ghet-to is in my top 10

The package had a personal touch I loved, the perfume itself is such a great natural scent that lasts on the skin and especially the clothes. I got the ambre cafe and oud of roses and I always have a hard time on which to decide to wear. Will be getting more in the future. Highly recommend.

Always have a pleasant experience, wish that I could get the shower gels here in the United States. And I’m getting a lot of compliments on all the fragrances that I bought. I’m waiting on my sixth fragrance to arrive.

I’ve always loved your product but hated your (18 days in some cases) shipping Delivery times. However, you stopped using UniUni (whatever that is) as I suggested to you, began staging product in the US and now use DHL/USPS. WHAT AN AWESOME IMPROVEMENT FOR NOW 4-6 day delivery !! Congrats on making a great business decision to improve the customers experience with you.

80 euros shipping fee to Canada for a 25 euros product, and that does not include the border fee. Completely rididiculous.
