Can't complete any surveys
For the last 6 months I have not been able to complete a survey because I haven't fitted the criteria. Sometimes this is only after I have filled in my age or where I live. All of my profile is filled in and correct. I feel like giving up on starting the surveys.

Very enjoyable experience
I love doing the surveys. There are a variety of subjects, which keep it interesting. They are in-depth enough so that you feel it has been worthwhile, but not so long as to make it boring. The fact that you can earn rewards from completing the surveys is definitely an added bonus.

I have being doing surveys on Mingle for a while now. I enjoy doing them they are interesting and I like being able to give my opinion on a variety of topics. The rewards could be more and more choice on vouchers would be good.

As with the regular surveys, the availability of product tests completely depends on your profile. If we conduct a product test and you fit into the target group, you will be invited to a pre-survey via the usual ways (email invite and your personal survey overview). Please keep in mind that these usually are displayed als regular surveys and not explicitly marked as a product test.

I've been a mingle member for years
I've been a mingle member for years, Regular survey invites, build up points to exchange for Amazon vouchers which were redeemed and issued within minutes. Now they have stopped Amazon vouchers, the remainder on offer do not appeal to me at all. Yes you can get cash, but that soon disappears, my incentive to continue with this survey panel is vastly diminishing, as soon as I cash out, it's game over.

While we can't offer Amazon vouchers as rewards anymore we are actively working on broadening our reward selection. As alread mentioned you can also redeem your points for a bank transfer, and there are no plans at all to remove that option.

Absolutely love being able to answer surveys and give me open and honest feedback and to be rewarded for it is fantastic, I was just able to redeem my points for a £16 Adidas voucher which got me 2 pairs of leggings 😊 would highly recommend to anyone

I always find mingle surveys to be none long winded or complicated and without all those repeat questions said in another way ... Rewards seem to ge a long time a long time building up but when cashed in a very quick uncomplicated system to receive payout

You need to access your account to close it, because we need you to confirm the expiry of your point balance, among other things. To access your account, you need to accept our terms and conditions, which includes re-accepting it in case of changes. If you don't want to accept the new terms (the changes are mostly added definitions of terminology that was already in use) feel free to contact our support team, they will be happy to help you with closing your account.

There are certain reviews coming in…
There are certain reviews coming in that are PC use only. I can't access these and no one has comeback to me when I reached out to ask why. I am loosing potential points because I just delete those surveys

Depending on the setup and contents of a survey there may be certain device requirements, for example if the contents are best displayed on a bigger screen / higher resolution or if certain features are needed. Invitation mails should always contain info about any requirements, if you don't have the needed device available you can just delete the invite, participation is always completely voluntary.
