I bought my Minibrew beginning this year (2020) and I can only say it's a faboulous 'brewing' machine. Consider it a 'Nespresso for beer', with this te mark that you can buy the Nespresso cups, but if you feel confident enough, you can toast, grind and create your own coffee also.

Although I had 30 years experience in craft beer drinking, I had zero experience in the brewing. Never done it, and never read a book about it.
But the interest to brew an own beer was there after I tried a bucket brewn IPA from a colleague which tasted really good.
So after reading a lot of reviews and viewing some YouTubes, I was triggered by an IBood offer, so I decided to order the Minibrew, together with a few brewpacks. Nice thing is that from the first brew onwards I had great results.

The app (iPhone/ipad only) helps you together with the brew pack through the complete brew. This with pictures and video's. The first time you have to count on 8-9 hours for a brew where 30-40 percent of your time is asked. The rest is done by the machine, including a cleaning cycle at the end.
In later brews it's around 6 hours max and a similar percentage of time where your attention is asked. So 2 hours where you have to assist.
After the 4th brewpacks and reading a bit more on brewing, I gained acces to the brew portal, where nowadays recipes are shared with a growing community.
Every own brew so far (10+) succeeded, with each time improving results. At the moment I (and friends/family) claim my own beers better than average commercial beers you can find, although the fresheness and crispiness of a 3-4 weeks old beer has a lot to do with it.
The 2 or 3 issues I had during or after a brew were immediately tackled by the lightning fast support team. At a moment my brewstation had to be replaced with a new one just after the Corona outbreak started. Nevertheless everything was arranged in an acceptabele time. Great experience.

But I almost forget to mention that the best thing is the (unofficial) community on Facebook and a website Minibrewers.com. An international growing group of volunteers helping eachother in a constructive way, writing additional manuals, giving tips on beer recipes, hops, malt,... etc.
Thumbs up for this. And via the Facebook group ypu sometimes get feedback and updates from Minibrew itself. They keep contact with their community. As a result, updates are broadcasted with improvements from the community.
Shall I buy again? Definately a yes!

Great looking, innovative and easy to use beer brewing machine. No more struggling with different kinds of vessels, less infection risk, extremely easy to clean and all that with very good customer support and community interaction.

I had never brewed beer before and did a lot of research into brewing systems before I bought my MiniBrew. I am giving a great rating because the machine does everything it says it does (all in one experience, little need for manual actions, simple step by step instructions, great app, option to use brew packs or make my own recipes on the portal) and the service I have had has been responsive and helpful. I saw some criticism for being ‘internet reliant’ but considering how connected so many services are now, I don’t see this as an issue in 2020. The community is really supportive and positive, looking forward to using this for many years ahead! It’s made some great beers already. Happy brewing.

It is amazing how it is simple to brew good beer with minibrew. From the first try, I was able to have a very tastefully IPA. The system is easy to handle, everything runs automatically with the help from a very useful App. I love it!

Great machine that makes brewing really easy. If you want to focus more on the beer and less on the brewing process have a look at the MiniBrew. The support is great. I had an issue my first brew so logged a case and was called shortly after and the problem was solved. This was a Saturday evening!

I have been brewing beers now for a few months and will soon upgrade to the portal and create beers with the help of community shared recipes. As a beer lover, but someone with absolutely no knowledge on actual brewing, this machine is absolutely amazing. The whole concept, the simplicity in its use, the (absolutely fantastic) support from the company and the growing community where Minibrew users share their knowledge makes this whole concept a great experience.

Great product and easy to use! Have used it for 10+ brews and will continue to use it for a long time! This machine makes brewing both fun and interesting!

Lovely product, gives the ability to brew really great quality beer in yout own kitchen, without most of the usual accompanying mess.
Support has been great throughout and continues to be so, even in Covid-19 challenged times!

Excellent support, a part was missing from my MiniBrew. They will ship it and send me a new Brewpack because the part was missing when I already started the brew.

Just contacted MiniBrew to let them know I needed a spare part. I received a rapid response and was offered the part free of charge (normally this part costs circa £18), I just had to pay postage. Absolutely brilliant. I was also able to tuck 3 Brew Packs into my order for the same postage price. Well done MiniBrew!
