This is my third order and everything is correct.

My minifigure collection continues to grow.

I will buy it again!

I have bought several minifigure frames and I am not satisfied with the product or the the customer service!

No corners of any of the white frames I have received have a clean cut and several frames have other errors as well for instance holes, notches, smashed corners or are crookedly assembled.

Furthermore, there are far longer manufacturing time than written on their website and the customer service is non existent. The answer I received regarding the shipment of my package was wrong and I have yet to receive a reply regarding my complaint about the products. Even the reminder/awareness option to the customer service does not work as promised on the website.

Fraud and sham

I have ordered 2 orders (10781 & 10783) on March 7, 2023. I am aware that there is usually a long delivery time, but now we are writing on September 3, 2023.

Have written to them 3 times (ticket 14606, 14558 and 14474) without receiving a reply.

Have contacted Mastercard and reported them for fraud and asked to reverse the payment.

Ordered back in December and still haven't received my product. I'm having to dispute the transactions with my bank, do not purchase from here. I have been trying to email them and they completely ghosted me. What a scam.

One Lego stand fell off during shipping, but that is understandable and easily fixable! We can't wait to hang out up, thanks!

Minifigures came in excellent condition with fast delivery. Will definitely be purchasing again! They did a great job in packaging the order, all safety measures were in place. Thank you.

Been waiting four months for my order. Sadly come to realise that I have been scammed. Do not order from here.

*Update* My emails requesting a cancellation were all ignored. I found it impossible to get in touch with customer services. So I requested a refund through PayPal, which I was granted. Suddenly I get an email telling me that they are ready to ship my goods. Then they sent it to the wrong address. Twice. They provided PayPal with the shipping labels to “prove” it had been shipped and assume they got paid by PayPal. When it eventually arrived in August, I was disappointed. Flimsy lightweight frame, nothing really custom about it, apart from the printed sheet on the background. Surprised Disney allows its name to be put to these.

If I could give zero stars I would. Same as everyone else, take your money and then disappear. Delay after delay and still no product after 7 months.

I've bought from here several times. Really excited to deal with. The shipping can sometimes take longer than advertised but its really worth the wait. Would definitely recommend.

I bought the 112 figure ones with white frame, white background and blackbricks.
I recommend to choose the blackbricksbecause white ones does become an ugly yellow over the years like all white lego bricks do.
Seven series of 16 figures each fits in.
The frame is perfectly made and all fits perfect together.
the bricks are mounted well too and nothing is loose.
All of my figures fits in it (tip: if you have figures with tails or items on their back like the ghostbusters, just put an 2x3 plate on the brickhead you can place the figure with more space to the back wall.
The packaging was well and safe made too, so it arrived me in USA undamaged.
Five stars for this superb handmade frames.

Got it yesterday! Thank you for the great service and product. The item looks way better than on images and I am overly happy.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. I have been waiting for more than seven months for a resolution, but all I get are excuses and delays.

I made the payment through PayPal, but unfortunately, the 180-day grace period for them to handle this case has expired.

I feel helpless and frustrated with this situation.

I suspect that they will post a new review soon to manipulate the ratings and bury my complaint.

The frames are awesome! Now my collection looks great! Thanks for the quick and safe shipping too, much appreciated.
