Our package got lost in the mail
Our package got lost in the mail. I reached out to their support team and they were WONDERFUL. They were so kind and immediately dispatched a replacement package so my girls wouldn’t miss such a cool Christmas present. What a wonderful group of employees they have! Definitely shopping with them again!

Ordered a microscope for my daughter
Edit: The company has sent me a microscope free of charge for my inconveniences mentioned below.
Ordered a microscope for my daughter, the order confirmation is apparently something completely different and i only noticed upon receiving the product and complaining. The product which i have received an order confirmation on, is something i have never seen or ordered. Fortunately it was about only 200 DKK - suspicious company.
Since I left a bad review, now 2 days later, the website has tried to remove my review from trustpilot, since it is a bad one.

Thank you for your feedback. I wanted to start off with that there might have been a miss understanding.
We don't try and remove negative reviews, but we did request more information. Usually 3 days are given to send in information such as email and order number. This is in order for us to be able to investigate the situation better. If no response is given it's possible Trustpilot removes the review, as it could not be confirmed. However, that's Trustpilots policies to try and keep only authentic reviews on the platform, not ours.
Trustpilots review verification process aside. I've checked the order and I can confirm the order was for "The Minisystem" and not "The Miniscope". Which is a different product.
We're not able to add any product to a cart which, was not added manually by the customer, nor do and we have any way of charging for a product which was not agreed to by the customer at checkout. It seems you did receive the correct product for your order, which in this case was "The Minisystem". However, I do see that they two products can be mixed, and you seem to have ordered the incorrect product by mistake.
We'd happily resend you a Miniscope, free of charge, to try and sort out this situation. I've sent you an email, we'll keep in touch!

I paid $58 for a two pack
I paid $58 for a two pack. Its now selling for $28. The item took three weeks to arrive from China. The item itself works but it is not worth the $30 each I spent. It is a small plastic toy. Do not recommend.

First of all thank you for your feedback! I've checked it out and there seems to have been a miss understanding. The $28 is the price of *each*, when buying the 2-pack. Which makes the total of the 2-pack $56.
As of writing this we have a sale, which is why it's $2 cheaper than what you paid for yours. But it's not the $30 difference, maybe it feels better knowing you didn't over-pay that much at least!
I'll be forwarding this to the team as I do understand the "price each" can be confusing, and I'm sure you're not the only one who has experienced this!
As for the shipping your order was actually shipped from Sweden (which is where we're based), and it seems to have gotten caught in the Christmas shopping delays unfortunately. Sorry about that!

Fantastic item for a science mad son
Fantastic item for a science mad son, he'll be buzzing on Christmas morning and no doubt exploring outside to see what he can find.
Sadly the box was damaged in transit (better packaging would prevent this) but the MiniLabsters gave me a partial refund and I will give the gift without the box, decent customer service and a suitable resolution given how close we are to Christmas.
