Not received items. Order two "tempered" glass magnetic phone cases.
Never received them and had to purchase elsewhere.
Emails not answered, went through PayPal where the company eventually made contact but still out if pocket and definitely don't want their product now.

At first when i chose to order the rk61 keyboard i looked at a website and this website had really good reviews so I ordered. A three days later i looked at trust piglet reviews and saw awful comments i then became panicked and tried to get a refund however i could not as they “had already shipped it out” then i was sure i was scammed but then surely enough i got a hold of the package tracking and the next day it was here it is amazing it is working perfectly wired and Bluetooth as i am writing on it right now (10/10 would buy from here again) thanks!!!!

Started to order a phone case, went to Paypal to arrange payment of item then when returned to the Miniln website to confirm but there was another £3.18 delivery charge?? This should have been clear before being taken to Paypal.

I bought 2 webcam and never received them. I sent a complain (ticket) and always get the same automatic pre-formatted answer! That's make more than 3 months now and nothing! Don't buy anything via this website!

Order a dog grooming set at the start of April, still waiting for it over a month later, not able to track the item, customer care reassured me it will arrive by the 20th of May, blaming the COVID-19 situation, orders from America have arrive which I ordered after the grooming set. Absolute joke of a company, avoid 100% save yourself the hassle. Won’t be ordering off them again...

They send me a falsified confirmation of money sending over PayPal to my account.
Checking in PayPal they did not send money to my account because this is impossible. PayPal returns only the money originally funded. Their EUR 13 debt is the cost of postage paid in cash and he can not be returned through PayPal. They know this very well, but they are still lying and they do not give me the money back and they do not seek a new solution.They just want to keep my money.

They offered me in exchange for EUR 13 male watch (Curren 8262 -diameter 52 mm - interesting for me) but at a very high price (the highest possible price on the market).They want me to continue doing business with them and I have to pay the difference in the price of around EUR 30. After that he will deliver an watch and close the complaint. It is an irrational and immoral offer I have refused. They explained the highest price of the watch with their HIGH QUALITY GOODS AND BUSINESS. A very sick idea from them after five months of waiting for the return of money.

I have got into all kinds of problems due to MINILNTHEBOX
First I bought a watch that cost me an extra £11-00
to have expressed delivered, supposedly within
2-5 days, when It did eventually arrived at my door it was 3
Weeks late.
When it did arrive, the delivery driver asked
me to pay an extra £18-00 for tax and customs duty, which I thought
was excessive, the driver then said I could refuse the delivery and it would
be sent back to MINILNTHEBOX,and I would get my money refunded.
I decided this was the best option,so I let the driver take it back with him.
I have since learned that courier company destroyed the package after
having it on their hands for several weeks
I thought that I couldn’t do much about the situation ,and thought I had
really been let down by MINILNTHEBOX as I’m pensioner of 75
on limited income, I could really do without the loss of over £40-00.
Now i’ve just received a bill from customs and excise for the £18-00 duty to
be paid or they could get the bailiffs to remove goods from my home to the value of £18-00.
So now no watch, over £40-00 loss and could be a potential criminal if
I don’t pay the £18-00 to Customs and excise.
My Christmas has been completely ruined

Avoid unless you want to suffer lost orders.

Very poor customer service. Item not delivered and they strung me along for months with rubbish excuses. Avoid like the plague. You have been warned.

i did not know it would take a month to get my dog outfit, i paid 18.05 to get a speedy delivery of dog shoes 3-5 days it is 6 days and i cant track the order 1801181629051524.

This is the message I received from Minilnthebox the day after I made my order. They are in Norway. I reside in DENMARK. They have just replied to me on here and they are basically inviting me to a circular mess. Let us see if they refund my money. In the meantime avoid them please. They are con Artists.

never buy anything from this site i ordered a s7 cover they sent me s7 edge i ask just for a replacement the answer was no you keep it and then they said we will put 2 pound into your minilnthebox account this cost me over 11 pounds and all i wanted was a case that fitted just swap wrong one for the wright one the customer service does not exist what a shame take money and run do not use this site please
