The best stats package, I used while doing master black belt projects. Easy to use, great help materials, works well with MS office. Though quite expensive

Mostly great service!
The migration to the cloud license version of the application was great. It took a little longer than it should have for SSO migration, but once someone got in touch with us, SSO was working as intended.

You are the worst software supplier
You are the worst software supplier. Longer time for enterprise purchase or companies which work with purchase orders. They provide you a Subscription ID to renew the license, but they don't know what that is and if you ask then they never respond. So disappointed with the service.
