CLASS ACTION TIME ! (and CLASS action time)
This company is the definition of usurious, in fact, they have been sued over 17 times in federal and state jurisdictions attempting to use the people of the Minto tribe of Alaska as a shield under 'sovereign immunity' laws regarding tribal activities. Don't fall for them, they are simply a vulturious, rapacious company feeding on the vulnerable, desperate, as well as the tribal citizens who they use to capriciously and cynically launder their image and legality.
My partner's bank account was drawn without consultation in an amount in excess of the communicated payment, being told that she was accumulating daily interest. FL, my jurisdiction, caps simple interest at 36% but this company and others like it use bs jargon and legalese to dance around these limit by incorporating unrelated charges under the purview of payments but avoiding the interest label.
There's a reason Jesus whipped all the money lenders out of the temple, y'all. This is blatant guillotine worthy usury, and the clearest distillation of the macroscopic capital machine. From the exploitation of the poor and native, to the shameless legal footwork, to being funded in part by the nepo-failson of an uncertified television fake doctor.
We gotta take 'class' action y'all
