Your customer service rep was kind but the 515% is simply robbery and should not be allowed. People needing a loan cannot pay back 12k in interest on a 2300 loan.

The interest starts on it right away before 30 days has even passed on you getting the money. And the interest is outrageous! They encourage you to pay it off in one payment but if you had that money you wouldn't be looking for someone to help you to make payments to pay back! Terrible dont fall for the trap!

We strongly encourage our customers to take advantage of our no pre-payment penalty policy by paying off their loan early. Doing so will result in substantial savings on interest charges. Additionally, customers have the option to make additional payments towards the principal balance of the loan, which can help reduce the overall cost of borrowing. We believe that these options provide our customers with greater flexibility and control over their finances.
