Withdrawals are not possible on this site. It takes forever to get paid and it's a big shame on them. I contacted their support and they never responded. Don't waste your money by investing here. Gladly, I switched to # Crop#Mines....# and all my withdrawals has been going smoothly and without delays.

Not to be trusted
It is my first time writing a review on trustpilot but i think it is necessary. Unfortunately, my experience with Mintos has been terrible. I’ve ( basically ) lost little more than 10,000 euros that have been overdue for four years now. Their deception lies precisely in the lack of diversification. I could accept that certain loans might default due to specific circumstances, but that is exactly why they should implement a proper diversification system. They didnt protect my investment and as a result I’ve my moneys blocked for years now and it is an important quantity. I don’t have bad feelings towards them, but I do feel cheated, and whenever I asked them, they always respond in the same way, that there is nothing they can do and that they are trying to get my moneys back.

Cannot withdraw my money
All good until you need customer service which is mostly based on ai assistance through chat and they respond 5 business days later . I cannot withdraw money due to an unexpected error, and now I have to wait for a week to get response

Solid platform for building long term passive income
When I first started with Mintos, I began with a small amount to understand how the platform works. At the beginning, it can feel a bit overwhelming with all the different loan originators, interest rates, and options.
Over time, I focused more on diversification instead of just chasing the highest returns. That made a big difference.
After about 18 months, I’ve managed to generate a few thousand euros in profit, which shows that the platform can deliver solid results when used consistently.

Good overview and control over investments

From great to terrible
I have been on Mintos several years, it was great and I was satisfied because everything was super easy, automatic reinvest, super simple.
Reinvesting immediately, now you have to set up everything, money are not reinvesting imediately, but once a week, month... how you setting.
The change is from simple to complicated.
Their AI chatbot is terrible, support is super slow. Contact takes ages.

I had active loans
I had active loans, but they hit me with inactivity fees. Very unstable platform, heard a lot of bad things about them. Also guaranteed loans are not backed by Mintos, they just grab extra % and thats it.

Poor communication
Very poor experience in keeping personal information up-to-date. System asks me to update my personal identity document, which is going to expire, but none of the links or banners provide a way to actually do that. After countless emails and trys, their KYC team still just keeps asking me to try and retry again. Very stupid and inefficient platform. While during the meantime, transferring money in-and-out of the platform is blocked. Super irresponsible.
Also, they dont have live customer support, everything has to be done via email.

Ridiculous fees
Generally I wasa a fan of Mintos, but I abandoned the platform due to some long-standing repayments. Its been over 5 years and there are still some outstanding loans. But mintos seems to try to take advantage of this with inactivity fees. Naturally, when you wait on defaulted loans to be recouped, one will check the platform meybe once a year to see how much was recouped and transfer it back to ones bank account. But after a year mintos will take a 5€ inactivity fee, thats even more than a bank takes as a monthly account fee.

Regarding the inactivity fee, it is applied only if there has been no qualifying activity in the account for 360 consecutive days. Qualifying activity includes making an investment (manual or automated), selling investments, or making a deposit or withdrawal. The fee is calculated on the first day of each month and applies only if these conditions continue to be met.
Please note that investments in recovery are not considered active investments. However, the fee is not charged if the account holds ETFs, bonds, real estate investments, funds in Smart Cash, or if the account is limited, locked, or in the process of being closed. The inactivity fee also never reduces the account balance below zero. If there are no available funds and no active investments, it is not applied.
