Zero Trust: A completely untrustworthy company.
It has been over 45 months since the war started, and Mintos has done absolutely nothing but stall regarding the Russian loans. Every update is the same empty promise: "we are working on it," "monitoring the situation," or "negotiating." Meanwhile, other platforms like PeerBerry have managed to settle similar debts long ago.

The Russia–Ukraine war and the resulting international sanctions have created significant legal and operational barriers to fund recovery. Despite these external constraints, we have made tangible progress and have successfully negotiated agreements with all Russian lending companies on Mintos except one.
Differences in recovery outcomes between platforms are often linked to whether lending companies provided group guarantees. This is particularly important when companies operate across multiple countries, as funds from those markets can sometimes be used to reimburse investors. Most Russian lending companies on Mintos operated solely within Russia, which made them directly subject to sanctions on Russian banks and significantly limited repayment options. In contrast, cases where partial or full repayments have been made usually involve groups with operations outside Russia, such as MikroKapital.
Please be assured that recovering investors’ funds remains a priority for us, and we continue to actively pursue all possible legal and practical solutions.

Good returns for lower risk
Really nice to invest in loans that are normally of a more riskier nature. The risk is devided on a lot of loan takers. So your ROI is good compare to your risk.

Closing acoounts without given reason
I startet using the platform for nearly five years ago, but out of the blue Mintos sent me an email that my account was being closed.
They wrote an email saying:
"Upon a thorough review of your account, it was determined that, unfortunately, Mintos will not be able to continue cooperation with you. While we cannot disclose detailed information regarding these internal measures, please be assured that this decision was made following a careful and considered process.
As a result, it has been decided to terminate the cooperation with you, which implies that we will initiate the closure process of all your accounts and activities on the Mintos marketplace."
I asked them what the problem was, but they simplied answered that they couldn't say anything.
So now I will find another platform and advise others to do the same, when somethings like this can happen.

I Like easy and fast adding money and withdraw (available amount). Total loans portfolio that I have is about 9.600,00 euros, 2.600,00 euro on overdue payments. Bad due dilligence of loan originators. Bonds - I have about 3.400,00 euros. For 900 euro is written that it is in transit for about month or more. ETFs are functioning good so far. I do not know what to say. Risk is in my opinion bigger than possible gains are.
