Love the mirror so much! Originally bought one from Dunelm but the size wasn’t right and the bigger one was more expensive than mirror of London. Sooo happy with it. Phil the delivery guy was so good and lovely and didn’t moan that he had to carry up a flight of stairs, sorry!!

***UPDATE***
After being unsatisfied with the last mirror I posted a review (which you can read below). From that review I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal email from a member at mirrors of London called Peter who was happy to address all the issues I had stated and send me a replacement Mirror free of charge. I must say the service I have received from mirrors of London has been exceptional from the first email reply to the delivery of my new mirror. Everything was absolutely amazing. Things were sorted within a week and I’m really pleased with my new mirror.
****Delivery time and service was great. I got the kensington Mirror, i’m not too impressed with the quality of the mirror reflection tbh. Standing afar from the mirror gives a bit of a distorted look and standing close i feel also gives a stretched look compared with other full length mirrors i have experienced. The mirror also looked like it had been returned previously since it was sealed with different tape and there were smudges on the mirror which i had to clean off.
I got it at a reasonable price after an offer and discount code so i’m not to fussed about returns****

Mirror OK, delivery time terrible
Delivery took a long time (16 working days). I understand the website says 5-16 working days as the lead time but I feel the company did purposefully wait the full 16 days. As it was sent as "24 hour tracked delivery" and arrived on the very last day of the window.
I also received a weird email from MoL (only a few days before the end of my delivery window) asking if they could take even longer than the stated 16 working days so they could deliver at a later date. Their reason being they wanted to use their preferred method of delivery by a member of their dedicated delivery team instead. I felt they could have used their own delivery team if they've moved quicker with my order opposed to waiting until the last minute.
It surprised me that there’s no screws with the mirror - you typically receive these. Mirror itself is OK but quite heavy. Personally not sure I would use the company again if I’m honest.

We understand your frustration with the delivery service taking the full 16 working days, however, we did successfully deliver your mirror to you within the time frame that you selected at the checkout.
Our intention was never to delay your parcel. We work hard to prevent unnecessary journeys by grouping customer orders to reduce our carbon footprint as a company, whilst also ensuring customers receive their orders within their time frames.
We feel that we have flexible delivery options available in terms of delivery times (we currently offer 3 different options).
Regarding our email on the 12th, we intended to ensure that your mirror arrived safely and in one piece. We utilise our in-house delivery team for larger mirrors, as they cannot be sent via mainstream networks and they were scheduled to be in your area on the 20th, and we wanted to confirm if you could wait until then to ensure the mirror's safe delivery. However, upon reflection, we understand that this decision may have led to unnecessary delays, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, it is simply our preference to use our own dedicated Delivery Team as opposed to courier services which we know from experience are not always as reliable, but we honoured your decision and promptly ensured that a courier was used instead to guarantee your order being delivered within your delivery time frame.
As for the screws, we purposely do not include them with our mirrors, and we also feel this is reflected on our website as there is no mention of these being included so we don't feel we have misled you to believe that this is the case. This is because different walls require different types of screws depending on their composition (brick, plasterboard, stud walls, etc.) and without knowing the specifics of our customers' walls, it becomes challenging for us to supply the appropriate screws. In addition to this, not all customers will choose to mount the mirrors on their walls (some will be free-standing) and therefore this would lead to a waste of materials if they were supplied in every order.
In terms of the weight of the mirror, we feel that the weight of all of our products is displayed on our website, but we can certainly look into making this clearly on our website.
We sincerely hope that this experience has not deterred you from shopping with us in the future, as we feel we work hard as a small family-run business to ensure our customers receive the best service and quality mirrors.
