Worst company I’ve ever bought from

Worst company I’ve ever bought from. They tried to cover up a beetle infestation and now my home/wardrobe is basically condemned! They ignore emails, they delete all negative comments. They want to pretend none of this is even happening. Worst company!!!

Unethical business practices + infested by carpet beetles

As a customer who has spent thousands of dollars on Misha & Puff, I’ve grown to be a huge fan and am disappointed to write this review. However, their recent actions toward customers have been appalling and I can’t in good conscience stay silent (as M&P would prefer, since they are actively silencing customer feedback by deleting/blocking comments on social and ignoring CS emails). My complaints are as follows:

1) It is unethical to take money from customers without fulfilling orders within the timeline that you promised. The second you charge a credit card, you have an obligation to hold up your end of the deal. This has not happened, and customers have been subjected to numerous delays after M&P has benefitted from what are essentially interest-free loans after selling made-to-order items in the spring.

2) Every business will make mistakes at some point. It’s a given. What continues to earn my business is when a company owns up to their mistakes, is transparent about the problem, and offers solutions to make it right. Misha & Puff’s preferred solution, apparently, is to just plug their ears and continue to shill new collections (all while MTO customers are still waiting on their orders with vague/nonexistent updates). Their business was built from loyal customers like myself, and those customers deserve respect (and at MINIMUM, a response to email inquiries).

3) If these unethical business practices are not enough to deter you from shopping here, please have a look into their recent infestation with carpet beetles. M&P refuses to acknowledge this, although they’ve implied guilt by accepting returns for orders that arrived with carpet beetles. If you’re a potential customer and would like to look into this yourself, please join any of the M&P Facebook BST groups, where parents have posted evidence of orders showing up with beetles crawling out and holes in the clothing that they caused. Carpet beetles eat clothing and their eggs can be impossible to detect with the naked eye, which means Misha & Puff is now knowingly sending out packages that put your entire wardrobe at risk of damage.

Honestly, shame on me for getting so wrapped up in a children’s clothing brand. Our M&P pieces have brought us a lot of joy and happy memories, but that’s no longer the case now that these shady business practices have soured my experience. Please do better by your customers and address your mistakes.
