Outstanding Customer Service
Mishmash told be that there had been some small measurement changes to the design and check that I still wanted the items in the size ordered. They followed up my questions with pictures of the model I ordered on a dummy so that I could see the effect of the changes. Exceptional customer service. I now have the jeans and they fit perfectly and are so comfortable.

Customer pays for returns
I ordered online, having a pair of Mish Mash denim shorts already I ordered the same size, the new pair came up smaller so I requested to exchange, I was informed that I had to pay for return postage so this experience has left me £5 down and no new shorts.
I feel that this does not reflect online/distance selling rules, I could understand if it was a straight return, however to charge for an exchange is not right.

Return costs
I paid £56 for a shirt that didn't fit. But had to spend a further £3.98 to return it. By comparison I also bought shirt from another company for £29.50 that fidn't fit either, but I was able to return that one FOC. I know who I'll be buying from next timr
