When things go wrong...

Bought a Xiaomi phone in December through the UK shop. In March, part of the screen started getting covered on something purple, not working. After many emails, I got only one answer a month ago saying that they had to contact China. I have never heard back from them again. It really feels like I have been robbed. Where is the warranty? Is it even legal in the UK to sell a product with a defect, and do nothing about it?

We think you maybe a little confused!
We replied to you in December regarding the glass screen protector which arrived damaged and duly refunded you £6.00 for the this.
You have never communicated after this regarding the actual phone you bought.
Online platforms like Trustpilot work both ways and your email address will now be linked to a discredited customer whom has less memory or sense than a Nokia 3310.
All the best and good luck using a phone which obviously outweighs your IQ!

Great service again!

I've just bought my second phone from MiShop UK, and once again the service was superb. My Xiaomi Mi 10 arrived on time and as advertised. They sell great quality phones at really competitive prices, and make it very easy to purchase an imported phone. Combined with very friendly and helpful customer service support, I would definitely recommend MiShop UK if you're looking for a good deal that you can purchase with confidence

I ordered 2 mi note 10 phones on 15th…

I ordered 2 mi note 10 phones on 15th may and according to their updated delivery times they should have been delivered by 4th June and they did. It is a shame you have to wait so long when other companies can deliver things from China faster , but they were worth the wait. We absolutely love them.

New phone and smart band through Mi store app

Ordered a phone and smart band directly from the Mi UK store using there app as there was an additional £5 off with the app compared to online. No problems whatsoever with the service. Placed the order on Thursday evening and the phone arrived on Monday afternoon. tracking information was always up to date and could be tracked through the Mi store app and DHLs own site. Both items arrived in perfect condition.

Product and price great, communication not so

Ordered a Mi 9 phone. The phone reached the UK after approx. 3 weeks, which was longer than promised, but understandable given covid-19 disruption began during this time. Communication during the period was not good, no reply to my enquiry email.
When the phone was here it was delivered in a day by DHL and was as described; a global version with Google store and a UK plug. Nice product, very competitive price.

Highly recommended

When I placed an order I had a little trouble with DHL delivery. However everyone at MiShop were extremely helpful, kept me updated all of the way. They were polite, efficient Nd gave me great confidence even though the issue was clearly not their fault. Product is excellent and great value. I highly recommend MiShop.co.uk.
Great customer service. Very happy.

Poor corespondents and tracking info

Prefer process is easy then you get confirmation then they tell you it’s ready but cannot give you any tracking info. 10 days later still nothing so emailed them . No response so I was getting worried I was not going to receive the phone. Then out of the blue a message from DHL saying they were going to deliver a parcel and relieved it was the phone.
They need to be a lot better with tracking info and should have replied to emails very poor service in my opinion and just hope the phone is better than there service and since it is a gift I cannot give an opinion on that at this moment.

MI9T Pro taking a full month to arrive

I ordered a MI9T Pro on the 2nd of December and on the 9th of December it says the order is ready. It is currently the 16th of December and I have still not received this phone but the money was taken out of my account on the 2nd? What gives? It said the phone would be here in 7 working days and it's been 2 weeks today and it still hasn't arrived. I can't even track the order because it says "We could not determine the appropriate carrier for your tracking number."

I would like to know why it hasn't came yet and where it is. I have wasted £369 on a phone that should of been here in 7 days but is struggling to arrive before Christmas day, a whole 23 days earlier since the order was placed! I emailed the Indian support team by mistake who gave me the correct email for my area (UK) and haven't received a reply back. Amazes me that I can receive a response from the Indian support team within 2 hours but not the UK support team all day?

Firstly we apologise for the delay in all our shipments since Black Friday as UPS and DHL simply have not handled the sheer volume of deliveries at all well.
This is the same for every retailer importing goods for their customers at this time of the year.
However with respect to your review we actually emailed you back a very detailed and sincere email in 58 minutes and why you couldn't find the contact us link at the bottom of every page on our website seems perturbing.
Why would you not think to contact the store whom you have a number of emails previously rather than to contact India!
We also have a click on link button also on every page, it's the envelope at the bottom left hand corner.
Then we refer back to your confirmation email sent from us clearly stating how your import order is processed and by which logistics companies we use. (UPS to UK and DHL to your door).
If at any stage you failed to comprehend any of the informative emails we sent you we can only apologise for the oversight!
Best wishes and please enjoy your "smartphone" when it arrives as explained 3-4 business days late.
