Our customer service team remained responsive during this period to find an amicable solution.

However, instead of replying directly to us, you filed a formal dispute through your bank. Once a chargeback is initiated, the transaction is no longer within our control — it is handled entirely by the financial institutions involved. During the dispute investigation, shipments are naturally paused due to the unresolved payment status. This is why the dresses were not sent. And the refund has since been completed by your bank, as confirmed in our records.
