EU violations

Bought a blouse that was advertised as 100% cotton. I don't buy anything synthetic because of health reasons, so I'm super sharp on this. When the item was delivered I noticed quickly that the blouse is 100% polyester (not as advertised at time of buy). This is misleading the customer (EU law violation). On top of that the garment misses the mandatory fiber composition labels (EU law violation). Next to that they handle a 7 business day return policy (also not according to EU law). That is three violations. Yet they still only offer me a 20% gift card. Whereas I have the right to a full refund in case of a non-conform product. In total 4 violations of the EU law. Their response is an automated AI message, which I'm sure they'll be leaving one here below too. The quality of the garment is very low. I'll be escalating this issue through the proper channels. UPDATE: Miss Rosier is now operating under the name RELVOUX. They've probably got too many complaints and now have a different name.

I recently purchased two dresses and…

I recently purchased two dresses from Miss Rosier and had a very pleasant experience. The packaging was beautifully presented, with a small card inside, a thoughtful detail that made it feel special.
The dresses are priced in the mid range, and the quality feels appropriate for the price. The fabric is comfortable and the tailoring is especially flattering. The black dress, in particular, has a very elegant silhouette. I received many compliments when I wore it to an evening dinner, and it felt perfectly suited for the occasion.
The pink dress is feminine and refined. I am saving it for a special occasion, as it feels ideal for a chic lunch or event.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would consider ordering again.

-Talked with customer service about it, and I wanted to return the dress but they are not willing to give money back (only giftcards) and after seeing their quality I'll never want to order from them again, so giftcard is not an option
-Finally agreed to switch my dress, but it could be only 20 dollars difference price dange, and I chose a dress that's 23 dollars different- so they wanted to charge me 23 dollars + 30 dollars handling fee :D What a joke.

Poor customer service

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. While I was unhappy with the product itself, the real issue lies with the return process. The store's website states a 7-day return policy. I submitted my return request three days ago, well within the policy window, but have yet to receive any response or instructions. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable and has left me unable to resolve the issue. Given this poor customer service and the difficulty in returning an unsatisfactory product, I strongly recommend avoiding this store and their services in the future

I ordered a size EXTRA large dress and…

I ordered a size EXTRA large dress and it was terribly miss sized. The measurements on the dress at the waist were 14.75 and when compared to multiple of my daughter's size 4 dresses, which are all 13.5 inches at the waist there is no way this dress is correctly sized. I have sent 5 emails asking for a return with ZERO response. I think they want to wait until after the 7 days return window and then say it isn't returnable. I have ordered from this shop before with no problem but I will not be ordering again based on my experience and their customer service

Read the return policy very carefully. My daughter bought two sizes in order to try in and send the other back. They are very inflexible with the return window, for an online clothing store, it is pretty unrealistic to have a 7 day return window if you want to try different sizes. I would AVOID this store at ALL COST. Scammers

Do not waste your time or money, dress arrived nothing like the picture cheap poorly made with and ill fitting. picture was a satin skirt with a fitted corset top, arrived all one material different colour stretchy ribbed fabric, contacted immediately gave different options but another dress for x amount and keep that one, no can I have a refund no gift card but we charge u £6 and shipping or don’t send it back and get a 35% gift card why would I want to keep it I’m not going to a fancy dress party. Nothing re no refunds in the refunds policy unless you go to how to send back then tells u there but why would you look there unless your sending back.

Awesome dress

Awesome dress! I’m curvy, so knit is always form fitting even when it is big, so I ordered the XL and I’m glad I did. Perfect fit and not too tigh, yet highlighted all the right curves! Definitely will purchase again in another color.

AWFUL TERRIBLE Return process -don't bother

Sadly I will no longer use this site or recommend anyone else buy from here either. The quality is hit and miss depending on the item. I have had very bad, just okay and some surprisingly great. But it is a gamble at best and their returns are AWFUL. I am sad because they have unique and cute styles and I could see myself ordering from here frequently but they put you through hoops to return anything. And once you photo every item, pay for your own shipping but make sure to follow very strict return guidelines then maybe you will get a credit back. TERRIBLE. I don't recommend anyone even trying. You'll make better use of your time and money elsewhere .
