The fit was sensational my waist was SNATCHED! The length was perfect I genuinely felt like a princess. The prefect dress for my birthday. I received so many compliments (it’s also my most liked photo in my social media)!
The delivery was speedy (just over a week) and when I asked for an update on the shipment they replied instantly, extremely professional and attentive and friendly!

Poor processing and return policy.
Ordered March 4. The delivery was severely delayed with no prior notice, prompting me to request a cancellation on March 17. The item arrived May 13 — over 2 months later. Despite the delay being entirely on their end, they refused to process a full refund, offering only a 25% refund or a store gift card. Avoid.

I've been searching for a dress for my sister's wedding and none compared to this one. I am 8 months postpartum and definitely not in the shape I'd like to be , especially for a family wedding, so naturally I was avoiding all form-fitting dresses, but I took a chance on this one and instantly loved it. This is a good shirt for the office environment. I like the open sleeves for when it’s warmer in the office. My only complaint is that you can see the straps from your bra. It has washed pretty well I can see it will last somewhere between 6-8 months. Worth the cost. It fits nice and loose. The colors are accurate as advertised. It is stretchy and roomy. Careful of jewelry getting caught in the sleeves. Cute top.

Such a disappointing experience
I honestly feel scammed by Miss Rosier after my latest experience with this shop.
This was actually my third time ordering from them. The first times went relatively fine, which is why I trusted the brand again. However, I feel like many people leave positive reviews after only one successful order without knowing how difficult things become once there is an actual problem with an order or return.
This time, one of the dresses I received looked completely different from the pictures online. The material and overall quality felt more like cheap fast fashion than the luxury-quality product shown on the website, especially considering the high price.
I contacted customer service within the return period because I wanted to return the more expensive dress. I was told to wait until the second dress arrived before making a final decision, which I did. But after confirming that I still wanted to return the first dress, I suddenly stopped receiving any real support.
I sent multiple emails and Instagram messages and was either ignored completely or redirected back to the same email address without receiving any actual help. At this point, it honestly feels like the initial response was only there to delay the process, because after that, getting assistance became almost impossible.
I will definitely not order from this shop again, and I strongly recommend reading reviews carefully before purchasing.
