My son gave me a mission belt a year and a half ago. It developed a crack in the leaher shortly after I got it but it was still usable. Recently it fell apart where it attaches to buckle. It also developed a lot more cracks. It was clearly a defective piece of leather. The company refused to replace. Don’t stand behind their product. Don’t buy from them.
Received two 40mm belts as gifts in May-now 6 months later the buckle broke. The hinge pin which allows buckle to pivot has broken. Sent in a request for repair/replacement via their website as it is less than 6 months old. Hope they respond favorably as I do like the product.
Guess time will tell.
Junk belts bought a white leather it fell apart used the same buckle and bought the camo nylon . The buckle then fell apart . 1 year warranty owned 1.5 before both fell apart . No replacement parts for buckle .

Ordered a replacement strap for 54.95. Their website falsely advertises the width. A 35 mm strap is actually 30 mm. They won’t admit their mistake. They will not pay for shipping. They told me that I should have read the frequently asked questions.
I ordered a belt from them and then came back for the same size. They sent me the wrong size, I contacted customer support and they told me they would take care of it and send me the correct size up. They sent me the exact same belt, then argued with me about sizing and whatnot (I know my waist size, c'mon). Finally offering me the hassle of going to the post during the pandemic, packing and shipping it back at my expense and they would 'exchange it' once more. I have no faith they would do so after the first long wait and failure. Their customer service is incompetent and there are other ratcheting belts on the market now. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a real vendor that backs up their product.
