WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. And I wish I would have read more reviews before buying from this company. I purchased 3 items in May 13th. On July 3rd i sent an email asking where my item was because I was moving, they said they couldn’t find it so they sent another package I GAVE THEM MY NEW ADDRESS. They say the oils can’t cross the border so they send me a $13 gift card for that and still send my diffuser. July 27th I send another email asking where my item is and ask if it was sent to the right address letting them know a month ago I gave them a new address. He doesn’t even read my entire email because he just says “it says your item has been delivered please ask if anyone picked it up for you” what???? The screen shot he sends me shows it was delivered at the OLD ADDRESS. I said I literally just mentioned before this email that I sent you a new address. He says he is forwarding it to a manager....
2 weeks later no one contacted me. So I send an email asking hello any word on my refund status? He response is you need to contact USPS it says it was delivered. Omg 2 weeks ago I mentioned 3 times that I gave you a new address months ago now. I asked for a phone number and never got a response. Sent an email again on September 2nd, never got a response. October 2nd I go to the website to make a whole new inquiry. The SAME MAN RICHARD STEELER emails me asking what can he help me with. I explain everything he says he’s going to fwd to a manager. 20 days later October 23rd no response, so I send another email. November 4th he says “I made a refund to the card you used to make the purchase.” Of course I canceled that card MONTHS ago because of this!!! Doesn’t even ask me if I still have the card. I tell him I don’t have that card I had to cancel it. Never got a response. Sent another email on 11/10, no response. Sent another on 11/16, no response. Today is January 12th and I have still never heard back. I have every email and screen shot I give up now trying to get my order or money back but o just don’t want anyone else to ever have to go through this with this company. I have never seen such an unprofessional company before in my life Richard can’t even read my emails all the way before responding. So sad I hope this company will get shut down.

These robbing gits shouldn’t even get the one star. Same issues as apparently everyone else, wish I’d seen this before I bought my items back in July, came with only Chinese instructions which should have been a dead giveaway considering they say they are an Australian company! Less than a month of use diffuser died and was told I would be sent a replacement immediately, 4 months later still nothing and ignore emails and dms, they also delete any negative Insta comments almost immediately!

Absolutely horrible service and product!! Used it twice and it cracked all over, when I contacted customer care I was promised a new item as they are unable to do refunds. 4 months later and I still haven't received a replacement and now my emails are just ignored!

I ordered a item from missmistyboutuque and then the next day I noticed it had charged me twice. I messaged them to give me a refund which they replied with no it had already been sent out because obviously that was my fault...🙄 That resulted in charging me
£70 when I only wanted to spend £35. I ordered it in June and i understand the whole covid situation was making delivery times longer. I messaged them to see when I would get the items and I got told 4 -6 weeks. After that I messaged them again which was about a month after that it would be another 8-10 working days. After another month I asked for a refund. They then say they couldn't find my address when every other company ive ordered from didn't find a problem with that. So to save confusion I asked them to sent it to my mums address and they said they will forward it to there manager and sort this for you.
Now its the end of October I've messaged them 3 times now and no reply. Terrible service and no items or money back. I've never had anything like it in my life. I can't even find a number to ring to get my money back.

This company is total fraud
This company is total fraud. After about 5 months I received ONE of my items, and never got a refund for the essential oil I ordered. they never respond to emails either!
Bad experience never received item.
Can’t even rate the product because I’ve never received it....so that was -$83.58 and I’d received nothing. When I had emailed them, they had asked me to organise a redelivery with my local post office...isn’t delivery a part of YOUR SERVICE (I shouldn’t have to do that). When I’d asked to have my order cancelled and refunded (over a month after my order in early July) they said they would forward my email to their manager...that was in august and it is now October...so with my own personal experience, I wouldn’t trust them.

Shipping very lengthy - not sent from Australia! Product of poor quality. Definitely not worth the money. Had the humidifier for short period and the lid won’t screw on anymore. Very diappointed
I bought the elephant diffuser. Well, I thought I did. :(
I bought the elephant diffuser, with 10 oils and some replacement coils for my sister for her 18th birthday. In MARCH. It’s now SEPTEMBER and I still haven’t received it. I emailed them and asked for a tracking service, I was told that it got lost while in shipment. Which is a load of poo. I have then since been in contact with ‘Richard’ after asking him where my package is, a second time. He asks me for my address again and says the team will be sending me a new one. This was in, July. In August I emailed again, and asked where it was. He replied with ‘please wait a few weeks for your thing.’ I have emailed since then asking for a refund but I haven’t had a reply.
Seriously, don’t buy off this company. It’s not worth it. 😡😡
All reviews on their webshop and social media are fake
Not a trustworthy business. They simply sell items from aliexpress.com at 300% the price. Would not be that big of a deal if they didn't have other red flags but
1. all 'customer reviews' on their website are fake. At the time of writing you can for example look up 'elephant humidifier' on AliExpress and you will immediately find their 'Bip the Elephant' diffuser: compare the reviews there to what's on Miss Misty's website...
and 2. They claim that their diffusers kill coronavirus (e.g. in their fb post from 12 April: Miss Misty wishes everyone a Happy Easter! 🐰🎉 Remember to stay safe these holidays and to keep those bad germs away with our humidifiers! Our humidifiers are proven to KILL off viruses, bacteria and bugs by up to 85%!

Also on their website they claim the same and their 'source' is an article from Mayo Clinic which when you click on it turns out to be an article on how humidifiers cause bacteria to breed (lol).
3. If you look at their fb page, you will see there are no negative reviews (which they all delete) but their posts usually have an absurd amount of angry react emoji's... But not a single comment... Hmmm :-)
4. Oh and their 'business address' listed on the site is fake is well. There is a post office at that location.

I have purchased two white sheep diffuser, firstly sent me wrong product, I have received one pink rabbit instead two white sheep. Secondly the package got all CHINESE wording and package is not high quality I thought is AUS boutique shop.So I went to TaoBao Shopping site to check, and I found same product.m, the highest price is $59 in Chinese dollar roughly including shipping cost might be maximum $18AUD, however on this site they charged $100AUD, I bought for half price still for $50 each. Sooooo doggy. When I request for refund and got refused. Everyone Do not believe this shop and their advertisement in instagram.

Absolutely horrid service by Richard when trying to contact him about marks on my product. Apparently a replacement has being 'sent out' but that was a few weeks ago now. Honestly, bad service and wish I read more reviews before I wasted my money. Wish I could rate 0 stars.
SCAM
I ordered a humidifier with oils on June 7th and my tracking number never worked and every time I email they send me the same generic answer. I complained that the answer wasn’t enough and demanded a refund. However as I’ve learned this company is a scam and will not send you the products they are selling.
