I never received my order
I ordered a diffuser and some filters on May 9th 2020. On May 18th I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number. The tracking number didn't work and after not receiving my order after 60 days I then e-mailed the company. I got the standard response of "it's in transit, you should receive your order within 8-15 days." which didn't make any sense. I then filed a claim with PayPal, messaged the company again and didn't hear anything back. Finally, after 90 days PalPal refunded my money. DO NOT order from this company.

It wasn't until i went through paypal they messaged saying my package actually never arrived due to covid restrictions. I have asked for a full refund multiple times and they have refused

I wouldn't even give them a star. Took 3 months for my order to arrive and when it did it was missing all the oils I ordered with it. Apparently covid regulations aren't allowing the transport of oils but they decided not to notify me about this until I followed up first. Now they won't issue me with a refund and are taking days to respond. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Miss Misty Boutique failed to send my order (a humidifier and two pure essential oils) made on 25 May 2020. They gave me two separate tracking numbers without any explanation. The first tracking number (sent on 31 May) says “returned to sender”. The second tracking number (sent on 21 June) says “assigned destination country post tracking”. This was made on 23 June and was the last update. I messaged the company on 1 July and queried why my original shipment was rejected and asked when my items will be arriving. They simply said it takes four weeks for a package to arrive and resent the second tracking number (even though I had it). I raised the issue with PayPal and Miss Misty Boutique replied saying, "you have not been scammed". I then received an email on 22 July from "Richard Steeler" saying my order has been rejected by customs due to COVID-19. They said they will send out my humidifier, just not the oils. Instead of offering me a refund for the oils I paid for, they issued me a gift card (valued at $27.98). They never explained why the first shipment was rejected, nor did they notify me, within reason, that my oils could not enter the country due to strict restrictions. Their website and Instagram state they are an Australian-based company. I was never informed my order would be coming from a warehouse in China and thereby impacted by COVID-19. Finally, they never sent out my humidifier (I never received a tracking number or email regarding its shipment). So PayPal issued me a full refund.
Doubting the validity of this business and the lack of updates and false promises given.
I've purchased a product from them on May 25th. After "confirmation" of my product, I received just one text message about it being shipped and as well as my tracking code. It was now June 14th, I had checked previously that my tracking status wasn't updated and so I messaged them again. They replied a few hours later and all they did was resend an email about my tracking information. They "checked" the status of my order and they said they could "see" my product was still in transit. A link to the tracking was sent and it coincidentally updated from May 31 to June 8th. It felt like these clips of updates were not legit because it was just processed through "China" and that it's still processing through the "Facilities" and "Sorting Center". They said it was in transit but yet the updates said the product was still in China lol. As a customer's standpoint, I was ok with it as long as I got some updates, right?
Nope. It didn't update ever again lol. Lastly, they added that due to Covid-19, it was normal to expect my package to be delivered around 4-6 weeks. Now I understand shipment delays bc of the pandemic but really now? I ordered something on yesstyle, which most products are from china/kr, etc, on the same timeline as I purchased from this company. It was delivered before this one and I had 13 products.
The email updates were also rubbish!! "Confirmed May 25th, On its way May 28"
Absolutely ridiculous.
Waited 6-7 weeks. It had been another 2 weeks.
I messaged them AGAIN that i'm still not receiving any updates and that my product has not delivered yet.
They replied, again, a few hours later that they are sorry for the excessive delay of shipping and just gave me an estimated date of arrival of my product to arrive between the 23rd and 25th of July.
AGAIN nothing. It has been a WEEK later since what was promised and I'm just tired of being PATIENT for exactly 2 items that's taking roughly 2-3 months.
Comments are now being posted under their page that other customers are receiving the exact same complications as me and like .... I am very frustrated. I am seeing if I can get a refund.
Edit: I emailed this same paragraph and they replied back with an email apologizing and saying that they're contacting their manager.
Yeah no please do not buy at this scam company.
They delete ALL the comments on their Instagram page that are complaints.

Definitely do not buy from this company!! It took 2 months to receive my order (well, half of it). Terrible customer service, I had to track my order down myself when it went missing as customer service couldn’t have cared less. No refund for the part of my order which didn’t turn up. The product is cheap looking compared to the picture they paint on their website. They delete the negative comments from their social media page and I can’t believe they are still advertising and selling products.
Garbage company
Garbage company. I ordered beginning of May and it’s now end of July. I haven’t received my package - I keep emailing them and it’s terrible customer service. They now say they lost my parcel and want to send me a new one. I keep asking for a refund and they are ignoring it. It’s so frustrating. Has anyone contacted visa or their bank about this??? Total scam.

Terrible product, nothing like what you are expecting from their very well done and classy looking website. Should’ve read the reviews and the fine print before buying. Their completely unreasonable returns policy is the worst I’ve ever seen. Once you’ve paid them for the product, don’t ever expect to get any money back. You won’t get the product until after their returns policy expires but you also can’t refund due to a “change of mind”. On their website, they say please email us if you have any issues. You can do but they will stop replying to you and just say if there’s nothing wrong with the product (i.e it it’s not broken) then no refund.

I wish I knew this was a scam. Unfortunately they can’t be reviewed on Facebook and the reviews on their website are fake. I hope at some point the business is closed and everyone’s money is returned
False advertising
Waited almost 2 months for my products to arrive only for it to be completely different from what they had advertised. I had ordered a humidifier and diffuser and received only a humidifier. When I finally got in contact with the company I was told i can put essential oils In the humidifier and was given a link to purchase from more from them even tho the instructions clearly stated not to use essential oils In product, my complaint was completely disregarded and the rest of my messages completely ignored. Do not purchase from here there just a scam company selling fake knock offs.
Scam company & comes from China
I bought 2 products in early May (it is now July) thinking it comes from Australia. Upon being given a tracking number, I discovered it came from China (very misleading that they do not state this on their website especially with people on edge during this pandemic) and then one product has been returned to the warehouse and God knows where the other one is.
I've checked their comments on Instagram and everyone else is going through the same thing.
Even the parcels are coming from China, I've had things from there arrive a lot quicker.
Update: Item also broke after 2 days
It's been over 7 weeks since I ordered…
It's been over 7 weeks since I ordered and it has been returned to sender from the Chinese border (I live in Australia). They've been denying the delivery status and refusing to give me a refund. Literally ridiculous! I would stay very far away from this company, as they will take your money and never give it back. All I can say is thank god I paid through PayPal I'll be calling them today to hopefully get money back through them.
