So annoyed. Auto chose my shipping address and I sent MULTIPLE emails to company and chat bot to ask for it to be changed before it was dispatched. NO communication at all and in the end it dispatched to the wrong address. I contacted within working hours on literally every possible contact line they had available - nothing. I promise NEVER to buy from this company again. Sort out your customer service and your FAQ. Super unprofessional.

DO NOT ORDER - I ordered some boots and paid myself for postage, they didn’t fit unfortunately so I had to print off and return myself. They deducted nearly £8 off my refund even though I already paid for shipping to myself. Don’t bother shopping here unless you want to risk losing £8 if they don’t fit you.

Ive send my item back with proof of postage from Royal Mail on the 8th of may and still have heard nothing back for them about a refund, I have emailed several times showing proof of postage and sent them a message on instagram but have had no reply! So £50 spent with them and absolutely no help at all

Don’t order any sort of knee high boots if your any bigger then a size 8-10 , will not fit your calf even the slightest

Sent an item back as it was no longer needed, sent back via tracked with Royal Mail I can see it has arrived back with them and they are telling me they have not received them? LIARS they actually replied back to my message to say they would chase this is up this was 2 weeks ago and I am still no further forward!! Customer service is shocking do not use this website to order AVOID

I ordered 3 hi viz running jackets. £118.24. The online store pretends to be in Liverpool. Unfortunately I was then told the delivery was coming from China. When the package arrived, it contained two earrings. This is a scam.

I paid £42.50 for boots plus the postage which was £46.49 in total. Returned the boots and I had to pay the return postage which was £3.99. They only refunded me £38.00!!! It’s costly just to try on a pair of boots! I would never buy from there again and have told lots of friends and influencers not to either.

Sent the wrong boots completely different to what I ordered and paid for. 3.99 to return for thier mistake, ridiculous.

I’ve never known a company to charge for both shipping postage and return postage. I purchased a pair of boots and paid £3.99 for postage, in order to return these boots I have to pay another £3.99 in postage, that’s almost £8 I have to spend just on shipping, which makes you realise that this company is NOT good value for money at all. I have never known a company to charge both shipping postage and return postage and I find it absolutely disgusting that they can’t cover at least one of these costs, I will not be shopping here again.

I bought a pair of cowboy boots from Missmodaluxe “which arrived today they were really lovely and fit really well & so comfortable , would definitely order again .

I got a pair or black boots from them and the quality is amazing and so many lovely compliments on these boots! Their styles are designer inspired and super trendy.

Very good exactly as pics! Fit really well and true to size I'm a size 6 in trainers for example and I got size 6 cowboy boots and perfect fit also very comfortable too! The quality of the shoes I ordered was absolutely appalling!! The overwhelming smell of fish was the first thing that hit me when I opened the very tatty damaged box. The shoes themselves are so badly made, a complete rip off at £25 plus delivery!! I have returned but I will be out of pocket as they charge you to return, beware!!! Avoid this company.
