I have submitted my drivers license and…

I have submitted my drivers license and facial recognition to you but I am receiving e/mails from you saying my claim is at risk if I fail to submit documents, why when I have already completed this part of the process

This service is excessivley time…

This service is excessivley time sensitive. I don't live on my phone! I check my mails morning and night but you don't give enough time to get to the mails. I had 5 cases, I'll use another service

Avoid

Uploaded everything I was asked to do, told it had been accepted and for the last few days been bombarded with emails telling me I have to do it again. I’ve just decided to leave it and try another company who might be able to do things just once.

After reply - you asked me to reach out to you and left an email address. I have contacted you on that email address and been asked yet again for my id. I have confirmation you already have my id yet still after everything you’re still asking for it again. I’ve cancelled the claim with you and moved to another company who hopefully will know how to do their job and respond to clients in a timely manner.

Let’s hope trustpilot know I’ve been in contact and don’t delete this like they do on so many reviews.

Didn’t want to take part in any claim after 1st day of looking into it

I’ve filled out some questions regarding a claim but the next day I asked for this to be removed as I don’t want to take part in any claim & a confirmation back but I still keep getting questions regarding a claim. The website was easy to use

The website was easy to use. The company emailed me back straight away. Hoping that they will come forward with a review as to how much we are likely to be able to claim and a understanding of the fee that the company are likely to charge. Hopefully the process will be quick and easy.
