Good jewelry, demoralizing customer service
My husband got me a beautiful necklace from them for my birthday. I wear it almost daily. For Valentine’s Day I picked out some other jewelry I was interested in and had it in my cart to show him. It was two bracelets and a necklace. I showed it to my daughter to help me decide and she was impressed that each item was under $100.
The next day I went to take a screenshot for my husband and the prices had doubled. I first had to chat to Goldie their chatbot who states that prices “fluctuate, especially around key gifting periods like Valentine’s Day”. In other words, price gouging. I reached out to customer service and they wanted a screenshot of my cart, which I did not have. Then I found an email they had sent that said “you left this in your cart” and it was the necklace for $60 less. The customer service agent said that was not from them. I assure you, it’s one of their 50 emails they have sent me about their products.
I wasn’t asking for a lower price, a coupon or monetary compensation. I was asking for an acknowledgment that the prices doubled over night. She said that did not happen.
I feel like so many businesses are trying to have better customer service and I was appalled by theirs. It hurts because I truly fell in love with their jewelry and cannot support a company who allows their customer service to accuse people of lying (she also had indicated the chetbot shouldn’t have said that). I at least have a screenshot of the conversation with it.

order 1260202A paid for on 31st Jan, now 10th feb and still no earings and all I get from customer services is "Hello Sophie Howard Jones, Your order 1260202A is currently in transit with Evri. The last movement was recorded on February 3, 2026, at 19:31 as per the tracking link: Track your parcel here. It appears to be slightly delayed but is still on track to be delivered. Unfortunately, there is no available estimated delivery date at the moment. Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused." over and over so i assume its just a bot. really disappointing and evir isn't updating so I assume its stolen or lost.

Weak and Inconsistent Clasps
I really loved the pair of earrings I got from Missoma. Unfortunately one fell off my ears. I thought it was my fault somehow even though it didn’t make sense, so I bought another pair because I really did love the earrings and they were my everyday fo to pair. Then when I got the new set, I realized it’s really the earrings and some of the clasps are faulty. They do not properly click. Of the four earrings I got, only one properly clicked from the original pair I purchased. Unsurprisingly, this meant another earring fell off. I have a full set but am afraid to wear it since one clasp is so loose. It’s very disappointing that their products are inconsistent like this especially considering these are not cheap items. I am so sad by my experience and hope others are careful.

Faulty clasp led to loss - replacement refused
I’ve been a loyal Missoma customer for years and own a lot of their jewellery, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.
I lost one earring due to the fastening not closing securely. Unfortunately, because the earring was lost, Missoma said they couldn’t replace it under warranty (the item still falls within the warranty) as they require proof of defect, even though the loss was caused by the fault itself. I’ve also experienced a similar fastening issue with another Missoma hoop style in the past.
Customer care were polite, but the policy is very rigid. I was offered a 20% discount to repurchase the earrings, which still means paying again for an item that failed. For a brand at this price point, I would have expected more flexibility or a goodwill replacement.
Lovely designs, but this has made me cautious about purchsing from the brand - especially since it has happened twice.
